    i dont really like either...but im pretty sure most would say "pop" (its short for "popular")...well, those people who like Britney Spears, Madonna...anyone from American Idol...etc...

    Duh, you guys. Why settle for one when you can fuse genres? :'D I mean, look at who fits under it - David Bowie, Joy Division, New Romantic bands such as Soft Cell, Visage and Ultravox.

    And more recent bands such as Shiny Toy Guns, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Enter Shikari, The Whip, New Young Pony Club, I could go on...
