Well, when it comes to action scenes, then you anime is better and it has a few extras that the manga doesn't have. If your into reading and all that, then manga is for you.

Manga, it has the original story, and it doesn't have fillers. XP

Normally it's manga as 9 times out of 10 it's the source material.

Anime is good for those who don't have huge imaginations as you see and feel what's going on, and personally I feel more emotion with anime. But anime does normally change some what normally due to the fact it starts to catch up to the source material.

I like anime more than manga. Some anime have really awesome soundtracks, which you obviously can't get from manga. Anime seems to have more feel to it than manga, to me. I dunno what I'm rambling about.

I do like the anime, but the manga already has the story out.

OK, I changed my answer, both!
Manga shows what's coming (and original story), while the anime shows it in action.

I tend to like the manga a lot better. IMO, the anime tends to drag the story on a lot longer than it's supposed to be. And another thing that makes the anime less favorable: FILLER.

It differs with series for me... I love the naruto manga much better then the anime, since the anime is dragged out and is pretty crapily drawn almost every episode.

But on the other hand, i like the Bleach Anime better than the manga, since the action sequences are easier to follow, And the drawing is well-done and pretty steady, contrary to that of Naruto's anime...

BUT, I like the Black Cat manga more than the anime, cuz the drawing style is very crisp and clean looking, and the storyline just seems deeper then that of the anime's, since to me it seems liek the anime emphasizes mainly on the action and comedy.

But on the other hand I like the FMA and D. Gray-man animes a bit more then the mangas, because I hate reading pages of nothing but conversation that is difficult to follow. I'd rather listen to it all at once in the show. And the drawing for the animes are really well done, so you can experience the manga's Good action, comedy, and deep storyline and not have it ruined for you by a crappy animation team.

So... it goes both ways for me.

I prefer manga in most cases (But I like the anime because it helps us see what some things in real motion is like and usually there is decent music being played. i like the one piece manga but I also like the anime but in the case of Naruto I prefer the manga due to the style and action the animie just sloshes out as filler (but I loved the Tenten Vs Temari fight in the anime).

As for the Sailor Moon... i've only ever been able to see the anime but the manga is more plot based and isn't like the power rangers (or super sentai if you are japanese and/or prefer that one). Opinions really do vary but even the mangas and anime are all different for each case so you can't be for sure but 9/10 times I'm drawn in by the manga solely for it's art style.

The manga is the original, and the anime leaves some things out sometimes. But they're both pretty cool. ^.^

the manga because its the real thing in the series and theres alot more blood sheding

its funnier the anime however have fillers which is annoying so if you want to stick to the plot read the manga

Lol, depends on the series/subbedvsdubbed... Naruto dubbed is stupid like that... example: Zabuza suddenly can't use his arms... why? They edited out the bloody kunai in his shoulders! But on the flipside, we have Trinity Blood, which KEEPS all the blood in there...

But as far as anime vs manga goes... for me, it depends on the series... I prefer the Bleach anime... and the FMA manga lol

I prefer manga over anime, because it's easier to follow (for me) and doesn't have as many fillers. I usually read manga online so I don't have to pay, but sometimes it takes a while for chapters to be uploaded.
