    No, it has pretty decent stats. It just has a movepool that can't take advantage of those stats. Thus why it's horrible.

    Oh, well that's perfectly reasonable.
    In that case, I suggest Umbreon, because Dark types, or Leafeon to serve as a teammate for your Glaceon later.

    He's only saying this because he secretly is an Eevee.

    I was mad in Black and White 2, because the day care isn't availabe not until the league anyway.. so I had to capture like 6 eevees.
    I Know for a fact that Jolteon has one of the fatest stats of the eletric types, and it has one attack that gets stronger the faster you are than your enemy.
