Sausage. Definitely sausage. Bacon always makes me nauseous for some reason. Besides, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits = heaven!

I prefer bacon, sausages are okay but a lot of them I can't eat because I get a really upset stomach.

Neither, its too hard to choose! I can imagine all the fat and processing that comes in a sausage. Bacon has it too, but at least we know were bacon comes from.

Oooh. Depends on if it's Breakfast Sasuage or Italian Sasuage. Bacon vs Breakfast Sasuage is no doubt Bacon. Italian Sasuage it's totally Italian Sasuage.

I like them both for I have to be in that kind of mood, but I do love maple sausage or bacon. If I had to choose I would say bacon for I like anything crunchy.
