First semester's over. Where should I sell the books I'm not going to keep? Someone told me ebay at one point. My school sent me buy-back estimates that were pretty abysmal. In fact I think it was someone here who told me to not sell them back to my school. so where?
Normally your school won't really pay as much as you'd expect, at least that's what my school was like. You can try Ebay, I mean I was watching a 1-27 volume bundle of HXH Manga, and it got bought by the time i refreshed the page for $200, so sure go ahead i guess. I can't think of many other websites to be honest.
When I was looking at what had been posted in the spam zone, I read "Where should I sell my Drugs" for a brief moment.
eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Half.com. Those are the few I can name off the top of my head that I used. Never sell back to the school's bookstore if you can help it. I sold back a barely used science textbook and they only gave me $4 for it because a new edition was coming out (it didn't).
Never sell them back to your school, they will absolutely rip you off. If you want to go through Amazon, sell on th marketplace, not through their buy back program. I like eBay the most.
Slugbooks or Amazon-- but I more recommend Slugbooks just since their system is so much easier to deal with
