Another good spot to level up is Pride Lands. Equip everything you have that gives you extra experience points when you're in critical condition (this includes Keyblades and abilities) Then go to the Kings Den and go up to the very top (where you fight the boss - btw it would probably help to mention that you have to beat the first boss before you can do this) A LOT of Rapid Trusters will appear. Let them take you into critical mode, then fight them. You will get something like 30,000 experience each round.

I always went arond in circles at Timeless River (I spend alot of time there) Go to Mickeys house- kill everyone there, then go to the burning building, then the other two window places and then go to the docks where you fight Past Pete for the first time and go to the place where you have to throw stuff at present Pete whos on the boat and then go through to the place where you fight Pete for the Final time and then back to hte begining. Sorry if I didn't make much sense, I don't remember the place names at all well.

TWTNW is a good place, it has a lot of well ranked nobodies. Or basically any place with a lot of enemies. But don't be stingy and skip small ones, they help and waste time for when you're bored. :p

So, you wouldn't really go to Hollow Bastion, Atlantica, or Disney Castle...
