Where is the best place to watch anime?

For a while now I've really been flagging when it comes to anime so wanted to try and check some new shows out. I know of a few sites, but would like some recommendations. I currently use animeplus.tv but the quality fucking sucks.

Do note that I'm not interested in downloading eps or paying subscriptions to watch.

I've discovered that animeplus.tv is actually alright and it's just their version of Kill la Kill that has shitty quality. I've started watching Hamatora there and it's fahking awesome

I'd say http://lovemyanime.net is the best site to use. It has high quality episodes, and any series' episodes are updated frequently.

 

I think you'll find this hip new site, youtube.com, to be the obvious choice.​

CrunchyRoll has subbed and their still adding new anime

It's actually really decent in terms of quality and how quickly it updates animes.
Better than every other streaming site, anyway.
