Kingdom Hearts II Where did it come from?

The ship thing that Riku and Sora used to fight the dragon nobody. Where did it come from? None of the nobodys need it, so why was it there?

 

Gd question. I really dunno. Maybe there was some kind of compartment in the dragon that accidentally ejected the ship...

 

Not exactly. Some parts of The Castle That Never Was can't be acces by walking. So leading us to use some rides to lead us to them. I think that thing is a nobody that can be control by anyone. Still, where it came from is unknow at this point.

Who admitted he was drunk when coming up with the idea for Kingdom Hearts. Who is to say he didn't just go: 'I want this thing here at this time.'?

Would you rather no ship turned up and Sora and Riku fall into the abyss? xD

I think it was really just a necessity, nothing truly special about it.

 

Well, it would be a cool surprise ending if they fell into the abyss.

 

I can't think of any explanation for this. I just watched the cutscene again. It looked like it was just sitting there waiting for them.

Maybe it was.

Nomura just told it to go there and wait patiently the entire game so it did.

Y'know where it came from? Maybe Riku had a Laptop and connnected to Amazon.com and bought it there with instant fast speed delivery! lol

But I think it was made by Vexen and Xemnas just left it there for decoration! lol

Maybe it was just a ride that Riku made based on the nobodys.

 

If it was just used to get around, why did it have weapons?

 

and why make it in the first place? nobodies can use the corridors of darkness. Even dusks can.

Well, some of the Nobodies decided to want to try flying through the skies, so Vexen made a sort of airplane to zoom about The World That Never Was. Just imagine Demyx, steering it through the dark skies, shouting, "Yee-haw, I'm a cowboy!" :D

lol But seriously...I have no idea...it just needed to be there so bam! Nomura put it there. XD Either that, or it's for decoration, or it's part of the giant dragon thing...

 

I'd imagine that the Nobodies may have used it to get around TWTNW faster and to survey the area around, or to fly to other worlds and look around. It may have even been made of a Nobody as Marluxia's big helper in CoM was. How it got there may have been by Riku who took it, or perhaps Xemnas used it and they just grabbed it since it was there.

It is one of those mysterious things since nowhere else in the game did the Nobodies use any mode of transportation we could see other than the dark portaling and when Luxord nabbed the Black Pearl. I guess we just have to assume it's something of transportation around TWTNW and mysteriously was just there, or perhaps Riku or DiZ took it from somewhere and brought it there.

 

What you say is probably right. However, I doubt that Riku or DiZ did that, becuase how could they have anticipated the events that led to Sora and Riku using it and be able to place it in such a convenient spot? I also don't think anything from another world would have the nobody symbol all over it.
