i meant like she uses her suit as a medium for her body to return to the physical state but i'm just making guesses, i still have my patience and guessing is more fun anyway XD

Wait a second.Had anyone thought Aquas body is somewhere in the depths of the lab and that it's healing at a slow rate.there are alot of cells below in that lab and we haven't seen alot of the lab.It says that Xeahnort is talking to someone down there.Maybe it's aqua after shes been able to heal to a certain point.

 

I saw chains tied to Aqua in the suit.So maybe Aqua is charging up so that she can become more powerful.;)

This is all speculation.

Some of them may be dead, but I sense at least one of them will appear in Kingdom Hearts III, as a boss, or an ally, though I am leaning towards the latter (Except for MX). It is possible that Sora meets one of them, and they discuss the history, and that person's past.

Of course, there is no proof on this. All speculation.

Anyway I think you are right because Terra's already seen Sora and Riku (it was in the trailer (I think)) so it's bound that one of thems going to meet under their true name with Sora in KH III, maybe Terra since in KH II FM he meets that enigmatic soldier (not sure but someone said that was Terra)

Hold on a second, doesn't Sora fight Terra in one of the Final Mixes as an optional boss?
If it was before he lost his heart, and Roxas was created, then that answers the question of how Roxas looks like Ven; when he defeated Terra, somehow Terra's thoughts transfered to Sora.
