Ah, looks like they're being covered as the toplinks bar stretches. I'll look into it. It's not like that on most browsers, just IE, since it doesn't support transparency.
I get this problem too in both Opera and Firefox. EDIT: F.Y.I. I have not seen the new skins in other browsers. I believe those links are called breadcrumbs.
