358/2 Days When does KH 358/2 come out?

it should be...but if it doesnt happen then im going for a 4th quarter release and a 2009 for the US

 

I've read it all over the place, I think in a interveiw once too. I heard that we are going to get BBS for 2008 Christmas, close to 2009 see? Then the marketing would go up high for BBS since it's Christmas, or maybe that was for 358/2 days...BBS seems more important in my opinion, so that's when I think it will be released.

 

Yea, that's what they said... for Japan. And odds are it will be later than that. Meaning that the U.S./European releases will be even later. Expect sometime next year.

 

Sometime NEXT year? Do you mean school year? Or 2009? 'Cause 2009 is a bit too long away, didn't KH2 come out like a couple of months or something after it was released in Japan?

 

Well Square has a tendency of releasing games late, so while they are aiming for summer '08 in Japan, it may very well come out in September/early fall. Then, they will probably want a Christmas release, so I guess late '08 is a better guess. However, there is no confirmed release quarter, it's still classified as TBA, so it could come out Christmas '08 in Japan for all we know.

 

We could possibly get it summer '09 since we usually get things a year late.

Back on topic, I have no idea when the game is going to be released. I was kind of hoping it was going to be around late summer to early fall and BBS would come out around Xmas in Japan by what was being discussed but since there's no absolute set time yet, I guess we are stuck waiting. Also, we have a tendency to not get games until 4 to 6 months after they are released in Japan so I wouldn't be surprised if those of us outside of there don't see it till 2009.

 

It will probably come out somewhere in 2009.

I can't think who I would really play with, yet. We get a team of four anyway.

 

so which one's first BBS or 358/2 Days?

Probably the same time it will come out in the rest of Europe.

I think that they come out at the same time.

 

358/2 Days then BBS. 358/2 Days is supposed to come out soon in Japan and BBS should come out later this year in Japan.

No one really knows an outside of Japan release date yet, but yeah, it'll probably be a few months after Japan's release. Translating and formatting for the American/European releases is most likely why.
