When do you give rep?

What does a Super Moderator do exactly?

 

I give rep when I like what someone said, whether it be because it's intelligent or funny or for another reason still. I may have repped a friend for no reason once or twice but I don't do that anymore.
I de-rep people when they're being flamers, necrobumpers or just incredibly stupid. I also sign my de-reps (as well as my reps), which is fairly uncommon but I think it's fair to do so.

 

Yea, I sign most of the rep I give (only rarely do I forget), whether good or bad.

 

I love to sign my name, i usually do it when i write a Private Message, but when i give out rep points i almost always try to, sign my name or give out a funny message that people who know my will know that wrote it...

 

Either when someone posts something brilliant or if they're a friend of mine.

The only time I'll give bad rep is if someone says something really nasty, which is rare (thank god).

 

I give good rep to good people, and bad rep to bad people. I base it on posts and intelligence.

I also give birthdy rep, noob rep and friendly rep :D

 

As of now, I haven't been around here for long enough to give much reputation, but I noticed that I usually give it when I see several intelligent posts from the same person. Not many posts are really awesomeness incarante. If one single post is really awesome, I'll give rep. If it's very good, I probably won't. 2 or 3 very good posts and I will.

Also, a little question : Can you give Rep more than once to someone? From what I've seen, you can't, but I'm just asking.

 

^ you can give rep more than once, but after you give it to smeone, you have to give it to a few other people before you can give it to them again

 

I give good rep to somebody who makes a really good post that I agree with, and I de-rep when people are deliberately rude to others and try to make them feel bad on purpose.

 

I give good rep to those that post something that has a good point to or to somone who is trying to help another. Normally I don't give bad rep, but only if it is offensive to myself or someone I know that didn't deserve it.

 

When someone posts something where I can have respect for, I rep him/her.

 

I usually give rep if someone said something nice/funny/cool. Sometimes I give B-Day rep and if someone's new I give them a welcoming rep. Sometimes....

 

I rep people who help me. Otherwise, i might just rep some worthy funny/cool things other people do. I have only ever given bad rep 3 times in the couple years i've been here. and they earned it. {they really earned a stapbbing, but that's tough over the interwebz...}

When I act like a ******, but the person who calls me out on it doesn't de-rep. That's one time I +rep.
