When I was a kid I mostly played Monopoly, Clue and Trivial Pursuit.

Three weeks ago we had a family reunion, my sister brought along a board game called Stone Age. It' s the board game equivalent of a RTS (like Warcraft). My lil' cousin had a little trouble grasping the basic strategic aspects at first (she' s 12), but she caught up eventually. I must say I had much more fun than I expected.

When I googled it to write this post I found out there are extensions. I should keep that in mind, I never know what to buy her for Christmas.

Haha me and my family tried to play that game numerous times and the "grown-ups" always mention these "rules" whenever things go bad for them.

As a child, I enjoyed playing Sorry, Clue, and Monopoly.
As I got older, I got into Risk and Settlers of Cattan.

Clue will forever and always be one of my favorite board games, but I really miss Mall Madness. Typically, it's a girls board game where you shop and buy with pretend credit cards. But I digress.

In Clue, Miss Scarlet is always a fun character to make up stories about.. I don't know why, but it is a popular character!

I'm hearing everyone talk about how nice Clue is, but I haven't tried it D: I really want to now..
Well my favorite would have to be Monopoly. And this other board game I had when I was really little, Leaps and Slips. It's pretty much another version of snakes and ladders.

My favourite board game ever has to be Pokemon Master Trainer. Me and my friends would play it for hours on end trying to catch Mewtwo. I even remembering buying it from Pound(£) Land. Best £1 I ever spent.

    I wish I could've had that when I was a kid.

For me, it's a combination of Sorry, 1313 Dead End Drive (spin the spinner and hope you don't get caught in a trap), and Battleship.

Stratego. No contest. And I'm the guy who would put his flag on the second row surrounded by bombs, or in the dead center with bombs surrounding a 2 in the back-left. You know that guy. I bet you hate him. I was that guy.

I can't stand Monopoly. I always felt cheated after playing it, which is amusing in retrospect. My stepfamily rocks at it, though.

Holy crap I REMEMBER THIS GAME. I wonder if we still have it.

I'm surprised my family agreed to play it with me. I think my cousin has it now.

Recently, my sister and cousin made me play this board game called Trouble. It was very fun, but frustrating as well.
