I was looking at my "about me" section on my page, and near/at the very bottom, it says


Referrals: 1



So what is it?

 

I think its when someone joins KHV and says its because of you?
Meh I have one aswell...

Basically, remember when you joined, you had the chance to put down if someone got you to join the site.
It's that lol.

Yes. IIRC, Admins and possibly Smods can tell you who you referred.

The idea is that if you get a friend to sign up, they say that they did so because of you. That gives you +1 referral.

I've got three or four. Two of them are legit, IIRC, while one was a random newbie.

 

Yeah, I asked Misty once I believe and she happily told me when I had 2.
I might need to ask again to find out the third...

But yes, as some added information for those curious.
Some sites do this referral system for like, if you refer enough people, you'd get a reward or something.
This site doesn't do that, but yeah, just thought some people might find that interesting.
