What???

If deleting your cache doesn't work then i think you should try another browser. Installing another browser doesn't slow down your computer or take up much space. If you don't want to install another browser just wait. There could be a problem with the site and/or your connection itself.
(oh and repairing your connection isn't a bad idea either)

 

unfortunately, I'm not sure how to reset this router, and like I said, it's not my call on what to put on this computer. My dad's really protective of this one because of what happened to the last one
