Ok, so I was in the middle of watching Tangled, had about 20 minutes left, counting credits, which I don't watch, but anyways, suddently it just stops playing. I restarted the computer, tried to log back into netflix, and now it won't play just that website. Is there something wrong with the computer or is it just the website? Although I see no reason for it to not be able to display the page

Have you tried clearing your cache and everything?

Maybe Netflix is having an error, or you're account needs to be renewed gain? :x
When I tried getting on it today, it said that the account needed to be renewed (without giving any prior warning).

Netflix is working for me..(watching D-Grey man, shoulda referred that to you in the animes Q), but this happens with specific sites for no reason sometimes. I'd say clear the cache, restart the browser, restart computer, reset internet(if you can do that with yours), and anything else that says "I'm hindering you".

Oh ya, what Ploo said too>>

Edit: Belay that last edit, back up again.

Are you getting any sort of error message? Will the site load at all? Have you tried accessing it from other computers, if possible?

we only have one computer to access it with, and I keep trying. I loads to login page and everything, but when I log in, right after it seems to act up. And the account it fine. I think my parents set it up to get paid automatically.

@Droid I already know of D-Grey Man, I'm at either the 2nd part of season one or first part of season 2

basically. It takes a minute, then it comes up with the page that says "Internet Explorer can not display this webpage" or whatever and the error code I think was 404 or something

Does clearing your cache and everything do nothing?

Maybe their updating the movies on the site and not letting you in again?

Then again, Droid was able to get back in. :/
And your Internet connection is working fine (considering you're on here and all).

Have you tried clicking "try again" or refreshing the page?

IE, but I don't know what version. But I've never had this problem till tonight.

I did that basically the second it stopped playing. It actually started to freeze up, so I used the task manager to close it, I tried opening a new IE, but then like 10 of them popped up for some reason and nothing would load, so I restarted the computer, and I actually managed to get on the login but after that I get the "can't display" page. And it shouldn't matter if they're updating the list. It doesn't cause interference

Maybe trying another browser would do it. Personally, I use Firefox and Chrome, and they work pretty well.

I wanted Firefox, but my dad decided to not bother putting anything else on because he didn't want to go through the trouble.
But it shouldn't have to do with the browser, considering that I've used it for how many months now

Okay, for Internet Explorer, there are two ways, but the most sufficient way is to completely close Internet Explorer and do the following:

    1. Right click on Internet Explorer
    2. Select Properties
    3. Click Delete
    4. Check off all of the check-boxes EXCEPT Preserve Favorites website data
    5. Click Delete
    6. Click OK
    7. Open Internet Explorer

I right-clicked it, but I didn't get any properties selection. Did I click it in the wrong place?

Did you click it on the Desktop, or in the actual browser?
To access the properties, you have to right click on the shortcut on your Desktop.

if it's the cache you want to clear then here's how to clear it.

click the tools tab on your internet browser tool bar
    go down to internet options
then go to general and check the box that says delete internet history
and click delete to clear all your cache that's on you browser.^ ^
    hope this helps!^ ^
