What ya think about the staff?

If everyone would just be honest with eachother, the staff would probably be a lot better.

The staff is mostly nice people. But for some reason think it's okay to say some disrespectful things to others...

*I'm saying this out of what I have always thought of the staff* At any rate, I always found them well organized. I've been to many forums before, and I like how things are run here.

 

I think you guys are doing just fine. I mean a lot of the members are still at KH-Vids, so obviously you guys are doing something good. Anyway the mods are great. I already met Rosey and Catch The Rain. The good thing is that they are both active. As far as Spdude and Deathspank, well I could never contact them. It's really hard to get through and that can be a problem for sites.

 

Ohhh so by your way of thinking everyone should be honest with each other...except the staff...who should apparently lie so that they don't hurt people's feelings? I see. Though as I recall you yourself were hardly respectful when you were staff. No offense, just saying.


I was not being disrespectful, I was expressing MY opinion, didn't realise that the staff weren't allowed one.



As for my opinion of the staff, it is only since I joined the staff that I realised the ammount they have to do, it isn't easy work all the time and sometimes you have to do things you don't neccessarily agree with. I think that the staff have improved and that the site has changed a lot in the past few months or so and this is a good thing. It has become more organised. I like how things are here, it is a lot better than on some sites. ​

Fayth, Hissora and Misty aren't as active as they coud be, I feel like they don't fit in with the other staff because whenever they do mod-like actions, the rest of the staff are probably thinking, "umm okay.. you do dat.." < crappest explanation ever.

Rosey really is the staff noob. Why is she even allowed on the internet? She's like, 10.

Kitty's a'ight, if not a bit tight. She changed 'fuck' to 'get it on' in one of Orange's posts. heehee. On decisions, I think she usually has the right idea, but I'd probably express it or carry it out differently. (lol, I still suck at explaining things).

Catch the Rain is a bit melodramatic.

I wonder what the staff was thinking when they let SJ back. I mean, were they like "kayso SJ's active again, he be mod now" or did they actually discuss it. <:3 that's just what I was wondering.

On MSN he has everyone blocked except for me and a few others, he is online a lot, don't worry he still has contact with other staff :3

I think you mean they're kinda' isolated from the rest of the staff. They do their job and the other staff just...follow along lolol

 

For those asking, you got it, you get to know what I think of the staff I've worked with, and since everything I say is fact and not a critics opinion, this the true quality of your staff. For those who get insulted, hopefully they see my words not as blunt objects to the head (like a guitar hero controller) but as advice to take to heart. For those who get complimented, grats? You want a f*cking medal?

spdude- HERE COMES THE MONEH!
Sara- you over-react like everything is the apocolypse or godzilla. You used to be a good leader, but your steadily losing it.
DA- Great staff, very opinionated and intelligent, keep it up.
RVR- The uncaring admin. Does a great job and is really laid back. Good mix
Xaldin- ......Maybe read a tutorial...?
Kitty- Good staff, has the right ideas on most situations or is atleast in the ballpark and knows how to play the game.
Rosey- Great mod, don't piss her off, she will eat you then ban you. Just ask RedSonic.
Misty- Good staff, nothing more, nothing less.
Fayth- ....No. Your problem, your really laid back and never here. RVR is laid back yes, but it doesn't bring him down, definitely brings you down as a staff, not as a person, but as a staff.
Hissora- ...I feel like I can say anything here, seeing as it'll never be read, even if in your sections.
CTR- One of the best staff there. Has something alot don't: common sense and inteligence in situations. Most have usually neither or somewhat the latter, so keep it up.
K a i r i- I'm going to be biased here, so laugh at it. Great mod, though she left one of the sections I payed alot of attention to to the spammers to get away with. I see the logic, and once again, she is a great mod.
shadowjak- Gtfo out of my internets.
Coco- Good mod, questionable choice and rose through the ranks... quickly, but a good mod.
