What would you like to do as a career?

Title was all I could think of to avoid "What do you want to be when you grow up." xD;

Dunno if it's already been done before, but if it has it's mega old anyway, so here's a new thread.

I personally would like to major in something involving language, as I'm just fascinated by any other language really. I love foreign things.>>

The way I see it, I've got four choices. Graphic Design, Pro Basketball, Pro Football, and being a rapper. I've got started on B-Ball, Football and Graphic Design, and I'm working on getting a mixtape done which will help me become a rapper.

 

I'm going to stick with the field of Information Technologies... but there are so many career choices within the field it's hard to choose. I'll probably do Software Development or CIW... I don't like A+ because it's annoying and doesn't interest me at all (Unless I was building my own computer from scrap).

 

I'm not to sure but either something in law enforcment or music.

 

I'll probably be a Computer Engineer or Software Designer or somewhere in the computers.

...though every1 says I'll probably do something Biotech or in the Medical fields like a surgeon...

 

Writer of some sort, maybe be a creative writing teacher in a high school. OR Jedi.

 

I'd like to be a graphic artist, or something along that line.​

 

A very short list of what I want to be:

• Voice actor
• Publisher
• Astronaut
• Person who shoots chickens at airplanes
• Math teacher
• Computer programmer
• Videogame graphics artist

So something within these is good for me.

 

i wanna be an actor, but i know that's impossible for me.
The next best thing i can be is a doctor. I know it will take a lot more of school, but i'm ready for it.

 

it's not impossible for you to become an actor. :)

I always wanted a career in animation, I love to draw animation, and i'm good at it. :)

 

It's just hard to get an actor's "big-break". I'd rather spend years training to become a doctor than work for something that most likely not to happen.

My choices:

Actress- I just love the feel of being on stage. It's so thrilling to see the reaction of the audience and let's face it... I've always wanted to be famous. I think it would be great to be in movies or on a TV show, but I'd more enjoy performing in plays on Broadway. It'd be so much fun! Plus, it's interesting to see the people you'll be working with and to just have a great time with them. It's also challenging to be someone you're not, and I love challenges. ;D People always tell me that this is a career that most likely won't happen, but I'm willing to try! I work hard towards my goals, and I always do my best to reach them. Plus, I have backup careers if this doesn't work out. This is the career I want the most, and I'm working hard towards it! the only thing holding me back is that it's a hard career if you can't sing... XP

Writer- I'm already started. I'm currently writing two novels that I hope can be published one day. I am also writing a series of books called "The Elemental Crystals" that I hope to be published. Something I'm not working quite as hard on is a book of poems that I want to be published, as well, though I'm not aiming as hard for that one. Then, in my spare time, I'm writing a fanfic just to have fun. Writing is a great way to express emotions and it always calms me down when I write. It's like I can escape to my own little world where ANYTHING I want can happen. I especially love to see the look on people's faces when they read something I wrote. My teachers always have this surprised look and tell me the suspense is too much and that I should write more... My writing teacher is especially pushing me hard towards this goal, and I'm thankful for that. This is something I just love to do, and I could be a stay at home mom. ;D lol.

Chef- If I have a recipie, I can make anything. I love to see the different kinds of food, and it's soo much fun! I've always loved food and always will. Making it is even more interesting, and it's quite a challenge to me... I've even thought about trying to make some of my own recepies. You can be creative and it's something that'll keep you busy, nonstop. Plus, my family will be able to eat the best food in town. :D

Translator- Only for Japanese. I'm working on teaching myself Japanese, and so far it's going well. I want to help an english person understand a japanese person, but I don't know why. I just think I'd like this job, and maybe I'd learn something about other religions, along the way. It's quite interesting, really. It'd be a great job for me, but I wouldn't enjoy the traveling. :/

 

Hmm... Either a doctor or a lawyer xD

And a part time photographer/artist :'D

 

Psychology has always interested me. So I've always been thinking of maybe studying to go into a field of psychology.

I also like being apart of the Drama club and helping the play go along so maybe some kind of production help when I'm older.

At this point, I really don't know D:

 

Medicine. I could list of all the reasons why, but you people would want to hurt me

Bottom line, I love helping people over come things.

 

I want to be a councilor for kids. Everybody tells me that I'm a good listener and I like hanging out with kids. Most seem to like me too.
For a backup career, I would either do computer animation for movies or be a professional voice actor. It's what I always wanted to do my whole life. :D

 

My dream is to coach the Kentucky Wildcats. Unforunuately it's never gonna happen.

 

I am going to be an archaeologist <3
