Galaga, Dig Dug and Pac-Man. Classic games that are still fun to this day.

...Yeah, I basically just played whatever my parents handed me, which was usually generic.

I had Pokemon Yellow, but I barely ever played it x: I also remember playing Croc for GBC, but I didn't get very far (music is very nostalgic for me though).
I also had Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, but my cousin stole it from me before I got too far >: .

In Order (Approximately) of Appearance (in my life)...

Super Mario Brothers Mostly the first and third ones. Never got into the 2nd too much. (NES)
Mega Man 6. Never actually beat it, but it was much fun. (NES)
Sonic The Hedgehog. Mostly 2, 3, and Sonic & Knuckles. (Sega Genesis)

    Donkey Kong Country (SNES)
    Mega Man X-X3 (SNES)
Killer Instinct. I think this one was a bit too influential on me in my childhood... I had some violent moments from it. (SNES)

The 1st & 2nd generation Pokemon games. (Game Boy)

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. By far, this will be my favorite game of all time. It was a great game, with loads of memories attached to it. (N64)
    Donkey Kong 64. (N64)
Mario Kart 64. Another one with fond memories. I recall before having an N64, my parents would rent one from a video store, as that was the fad back then, and my brother and I would play it for many an hour. Battles were always the most epic thing ever. (N64, of course).
007 Goldeneye. The only first person shooter I've ever been any good at. (N64).
Mega Man 64 (AKA Mega Man Legends). I need to find the Playstattion rendition of this one, since I feel the need to replay it. (N64... though it was also under the alternative title on Playstation).

And that about does it. That's pretty much where I'd cut my list off. To me, anything that I've played on PS2 or anything after that falls in a period after my childhood, and particularly when video games pretty much started to evade my interest.

    Frankly, I don't remember.
It was either Super Mario World, Megaman X or Final Fantasy (II or III, the US versions during the SNES days).
Those and it was a lot of watching my brother play games. But that doesn't count >_>

For me I particularly had the Nintendo systems, nes, snes and n64 consoles - Most of the games I had for them, I don't have for anymore unfortunatley but most of the time I've played either Zelda or Mario

Uhh, Crash Bandicoot (Hate that game right now though, lack of save points >.>)
Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer/Ripto's Rage
    Sonic for the GBA
    Pokemon FR/LG

That was only 7-8 years ago...I feel too young to be here >.<

    Well let's see

    Final Fantasy VII (Great plot)
Final Fantasy IX (...pretty much the same)
Legend of Legaia (Old game but you travel through a dnagerous Mist with creatures named Ra-Seru)
Grandia (A truly fantastic game, I always loved feena's quotes 'Oh FLAME BURN THEM!' if I recall, if was one of few games with voicework used before it became used in everything.)
Digimon World 3 (Longest game ever, level up your Digimon, get badges, travel around different towns oh and of course a side dish of saving the world as usual)

But the first game I touched would be Sonic on Sega Genesis, now that was good.

Pokemon Red and Blue, of course! Also, Spyro: Year of the Dragon. Most other games I played later.

Final Fantasy and Pokemon blue. Wasn't much of a videogame kid till I was 10/11.
