    I only read the first volume, when I was 12. Never read the rest.

    I heard the second volume was recently released in English after looking it up.

    I'm not gonna count the Pokemon comics books that came out in 1999, so I'll say it was probably Yu-Gi-Oh. I liked the manga better than the anime. Yami Yugi was such a cheater....XD

    Despite the fact that I never started to seriously read it till this past year, InuYasha was my first actual manga.
    Then it was No Need for Tenchi!, Pokemon Adventures (lol.), Naruto, Bleach, Rurouni Kenshin, Chrono Crusade, Kingdom Hearts, Samurai Deeper Kyo (like...two volumes. <_>), Dragon Drive, rest of InuYasha, Death Note, Gun Blaze West, Rosario+Vampire, and Wolf's Rain.
