    I say The Gambler of Faith.
    He uses time instead of HP bars.
    The other members could easily get Time Steal'd. After 1 Time. He could hit them with his Cards.

    Plus, I don't care he is easy to beat, hes still in my Top 3 Favorites.

    Maybe is Zexion had a really sneaky scheme he'd win...
    But I'll say Roxas, because of the keyblades and his natural talent with them. He'd still have trouble with Xemnas, since it took both Sora and Riku to defeat him.
