What was the game that got you into gaming?

I think it was my Nintendo 64 (don't laugh at me) when I was five at hand Mickey Mouse racing. It was such a cute game, but not my 64 won't work anymore...I think.
WHAT really got me into gaming was FF, but I was only eight and I was having a hard time with FFX! :P

Srsly. I didn't care about video games until my friend "forced" me to watch her play.

EDIT: Wait, I was a Tetris freak long before I heard of KH...

It was Pokemon Yellow. I played it nonstop. I still own the Gameboy Colour that I got with it. My damn dog chewed up the game pak though. T_T Quick question. Would it be worth buying Yellow from Amazon?

 

It was either Star Fox or Legend of Zelda for the super nintendo.

 

Super Mario World 3.

Ah, good times. Good times.

 

My dad bought a SNES when I was born, now he regrets it, but the game that got me into it was Super Mario World, after I beat that, it was Street Fighter 2 and Star Fox. Last but not least, Super Mario Bros. 3 on Super Mario All-Stars...yet, I've never beaten it, keep getting stuck on World 8...

Pokemon Blue did it. Probably because it was the first video game I played.

 

Pokemon sapphire. I was playing some games before that,but that's the one that truly got me hooked.

I think mine was The Sims actually. I hate that game now, but I used to love it. Then there was KH. I tossed Sims into the trash! xD

 

Super Mario bros on the NES.

 

Megaman X got me into games altogether. Xenogears got me into RPGs
