Square-Enix What was the first FF game you played?

The first time I even played anything RPGish was the demo for FF X-2 that was in a OfficialPS2Magazine, though I had no idea what I was doing lol.

The first and only actual copy of a FF game is FFXII, and it is quite addicting. I'm not sure if I'll get other FF games tho, you guys will just have to recommend some for PS2. :p

 

My first FF game was the 10th game.

 

Mine was FFVIII for ps1

 

The first one was FFVIII.My brother was playing and when I saw it I was like ''wow!''

 

Me too. I thought the graphics were amazong but looking aback I can see how bad they actually were ^^ Aw, it was still an amazing game though. I love Squall aka Leon!

 

Whoa, how much of it did you see/play? The story in X is flat-out amazing. No lie. Not to mention great character development throughout.

Anyway, the first FF game I played was VII. I'll never forget that day I bought it, oh so many years ago. I was buying another game at the time, and for the life of me can't think of what it was, but I still had money for another game. I didn't know what to get, and when the guy at the counter heard me talking about this to my brother and mom a few feet away he started saying, "Well, if you like (insert first game I bought here), then you'll love Final Fantasy VII." I asked him what it was about, and he told me that it was kind of like (insert mentioned game here), and handed me the game to look at. I thought it looked sweet on the back, so I bought it. Man, I can never thank that guy enough. Brought on an obsession of gaming for me.

 

FFVII. It's what got me hooked into Final Fantasy and from there, Kingdom Hearts.
It will always hold a very special place in my heart.
Watching AC and then seeing the secret ending of Crisis Core brought on so many goosebumps.
The ending of Crisis Core showed in full CG a scene already tragic enough to begin with in the original FFVII...
I can also proudly say I've played most of the FF games... I'm just missing the Gamecube ones, Tactics, XI and XII. Of which I should really start XII. It's been sitting on my shelf for a good few months... dangit, KHIIFM+, you've stolen my soul.

 

I played Kingdom Hearts first, which is a shame, because I didn't get the full impact of seeing the FF characters in it...then I got FFX, and after that, FF8. Believe it or not, I still haven't played FF7. @.@

 

I lpayed FFX first then FFVII then FFX-2, which is a really bad game.

 

I played VIII first, then IX, then VII.

 

Final Fantasy XII I think... then X, then X-2 and now VIII and DoC.

 

final fantasy IX was my first game, it was a present from my friend. since then i got addicted to it. o.o after IX i bought X, X-2, VII, and XII, the next one ist going to be VIII. xD

 

In order- I played Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II, Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy X, and finaly Final Fantasy VII- Dirge of Cerberus

 

I played Final Fantasy VIII first, which is my favourite alltime game, then i got Final Fantasy 9, then FF Anthology (Which was in Europe FF4 & 5 and CHono Trigger never released here) and every Final Fantasy which came after FFIX.

I do have the GBA Versions of FF1, 2 and 5, i will get the others (4 and 6) too, even FF5 is my alltime favurite Retro FF.

 

The first game I played was ffX , but I liked dirge of cerberus too.

 

My first FF game was Final Fantasy X. Our friends had it and we liked it so we got a PS2 and FFX together. Ah the memories...

The first game that I actually beat all by myself was Kingdom Hearts. And then we started getting more FF's and such. We have VIII, VII: AC, X-2, XII, XII: RW, Tactics, I&II, and III. Just keeps growing and growing...

 

My first Final Fantasy game was Final Fantasy IV.

i played kingdom hearts first, which lead me to FFX. so FFX was my first FF game.

 

well actually the way I started to FF is a strange yet mystical and adventurous story but to short hand it I didn't to much have an urge to play the games and they seemed a bit over raided and the fact I never had anything out side side of sega and nintendo products helped but my unlce gave me his ps2 like 2 years ago with ff7-ff9 and after getting a ps1 memory card I was hooded to their great game play and graphics ^_^
