I think I must have cried in every single kingdom hearts game that I've finished.

In KH1, I cried when Sora became a heartless and everyone else was really sad

In KH2, When Sora cries after meeting up with Riku again, and probably various other times. That was the best game I've played and I get so into it and cry when something sad happens. Oh, one of the worst bits is where Roxas says "looks my my summer vacation is... over." and the sad music is playing. I don't know why, but at the end of the game when you go to the alternate twilight town, that makes me feel sad as well, it's connecting you to the beginning.

In Days, I must have cried through the entire ending.

In BBS, I cried when Aqua feel into darkness, when Terra becomes the Lingering sentiment, when Ven has to fight Vanitas. Oh the list goes on.

The only game I have yet to complete to CoM, but I know when Zexion dies I'll cry, and Marluxia and Vexen's deaths as well.

I think KH series has always been able to make me cry.
KH1's ending where Kairi and Sora are split from each other made me cry and it was even worse when she went to The Secret Place and found the drawing of Sora giving her the Paopau fuit, she cried, drew one back and I cried more.
Days, the whole end and Roxas losing everyone he cared for and even losing his own memory and identity made me cry.
KH2 wasn't that much crying, just emotional.

I'll admit that I cried at Zack's death at the end of Crisis Core. I didn't see it coming (the first FF game I had played) so it hit me unexpected.

Metal Gear Solid 4. All I'll mention is the part where Snake is being Microwaved, and the epilogue.

Persona 3's plot made me rattle a little with the twists and turns that happen. But I cried with happiness at the end, when all the friends you've personally made give you the strength to fight a god-like being. And when they remember each other and meet on the roof at the end. I thought that bit was beautiful.

Heavy Rain is just highly intense all the way through with the prospect of death at every corner. It reallly made me cry how far Ethan would go (I know I was controlling ihm, but it all felt natural and all that jazz).

I actually cry more than I thought. I know i've cried at other games I just can't think of many.

I've cried at the end of most Final Fantasy games; VIII, IX, X and XIII. I didn't cry at the end of VII but I did when Aerith was screwed. I cried bucket loads at the very end of BBS from Aqua's actions.

Then there's the story of Kinzo and Beatrice. [EP7]
Kinzo, being a puppet heir of a family, gives up on life, and goes to die in the war. He gets posted on an out-of-the-way island. He changes his mind when he meets Beatrice, who changes his mind. Due to greed for gold, Beatrice's entire crew, along with everyone else in the base, is completely annihilated. He then buys the entire island after the war and creates two mansions: One hidden in the woods for Beatrice, and the other for his original family. Beatrice then dies in labour, but the child is fine. The child grows up, trapped in the mansion and used as a replacement for her mother. She's left feeling immensely confused about Kinzo, and ends up giving birth to his child, before she's accidentally led off a cliff by one of Kinzo's legitimate children. (Said child then suffers emotionally for it for years.)

The child of the second Beatrice is handed over to one of Kinzo's legitimate children's wife, as she's unable to have a child. She doesn't like the child, so she chucks it off a cliff. It survives and is put into an orphanage run by Kinzo by a servant, without Kinzo's knowledge. It becomes a servant itself, and develops multiple personalities, including one of a witch (known as Beatrice), one as a servant boy (Kanon) and one as a servant girl (Shannon). All three fell in love with a different person, and being unable to decide between them, and distraught that Battler didn't remember her, 'she' decides to elaborately commit suicide with a serial-murder plot.

At least she got reintroduced to Kinzo, years later, so he could break down sobbing and apologising for what he did to her mother. He then promptly dies without regret, which is possibly the happiest part of the entire affair.

I haven't even mentioned Ange or Maria yet.

Well, I don't think I've ever cried from playing a game(yet), but I know that every time someone dies in a Fire Emblem game, I feel really sad and angry that I have to start the chapter over so they can live again.

FF7CC: When Zack died at the end even though I knew that it was coming.
    FF13: At the end.
KH Days: I didn't cry but I was sad when Xion dissappear and Roxas had tears runing down his face.
That it for now I can't think of any more.

I'm just gonna skip the superlative there for a second.

Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations. A man commits suicide on-screen. I was visiting my nan's at the time.

    I just felt so hollow.

A video game had never made me cry before... Until I played Nier (Ending B playthrough especially). Heck, I'd say it's one of the most simultaniously amazing and depressing thing I've experienced.

Lost Temple and Junkyard were especially tough to sit through.

I have yet to cry from a game actually, but the closest I've gotten were both Metal Gear Solid 3 and Persona 3, at the end of both those I had tears in my eyes and I had to get up and walk around. Though in MGS3 they were tears of sadness while in Persona 3 they were tears of joy (even if the ending was more bittersweet than anything)

    I cired (almost) at the end of FFXIII, and when Aerith died in FFVII, through not because I was sad, but because she was my most highly leveled character. I don't really cry at games all that much ... ^_^;;

    I don't cry.
    Because real men don't cry.

In all seriousness, the ending of MGS3 was probably the game that actually made me tear. But that was years ago.
MGS4's ending came really, really close.
You know what I'm talking about. D:
    "This is good...isn't it?".

    Valkyria Chronicles.
    Isara's death
    really caught me off guard.
I didn't cry, but I had to turn off the game and continue playing the next day because it just caught me off guard.

Wait a second. Do you mean you turned off the game before continuing to play?

Sonic Heroes was pretty sad, as I was expecting Sonic Adventure Three, and it was nowhere near as good, but that's more of a meta example.

Whoops, I accidentally omitted the phrase "the next day."
I was caught so off guard by it that I couldn't keep playing. I really sympathized with that character.

Nier is really sad, it made me feel bad. One part that really almost had me to the point of crying was

When Emil is sacrificing himself...when he says that he wants to see the others again, and that he doesn't want to die, but still went through with it. I think I really cried. And when Devola is killed by Nier and the gang. That part was really sad. Also, when Gestalt Yonah looks at the sky. It was all too much sadness to take at that point. It's a very emotional game.

The ending in the story is really sad once you realize what it means. Ending B really made me cry. Yonah's dialogue there really tore at me.

KH1, COM, and KH2 endings made me cry really bad. Days didn't really make me cry at all. The Xenosaga series was full of moments to cry on. Especially episode 3.
