What pairings do you support and why?

Let's try to avoid flaming here please. Don't say 'ugh...gross' but perhaps explain why you don't support the pairing. It's only considerate.

I don't know. I guess I'll read anything before I either like it or I dislike it.

I forgot about Axel/Demyx in my previous post.

Riku.x.Sora:
well, I didn't really think of Kingdom hearts as "yaoi" but...iono, I just like them together half way through playing the first game. And the 2nd game did NOT help my fandom x3 ((he so grabbed Riku's butt - ok not really - I know - but I would've =p))

Axel.x.Roxas:

sora/riku was my first favorite shounen-ai pairing. I am a little anti-yaoi, but pro shounen-ai ((teh fluff)) and I tend to dislike canon pairings. Though, sora/kairi isnt that bad.

 

I think Sora's embrace to Riku can easily be explained in a non-yaoi way: Kairi, as far as Sora knew, was safe back on the islands, so her prescence there was a surprise, but not an unwelcome one. Riku, his long-time friend and occasional big brother figure, had seemingly been lost to the darkness. He hadn't seen him in over a year, not since locking him inside the realm of darkness.

 

^^ Actully I just ship it because I think its hillarious, Im not a hard core ManSaix shipper, its just for fun:p

 

1)Larxene/Demyx

Opposites do attract. And these two couldn't be more opposite. I always imagine Demyx having this kind of insane power over Larxene. I may me of cookies, but Demyx is the dominant one in the relationship.

2)Sora/Kairi

I'm not nuts about it. I downright hated Kairi for a large portion the first KH, until the scene when she tried to catch Sora as he's falling. (Such a sad scene. ;_;) Then I suddenly liked her a whole lot better. But she was very iritating in KH2. Can't really pinpoint why. But whatever. They love each other and all that. Maybe if I saw a kiss in there it would have made me feel better.

3) Xemnas/Saix

Dunno, just fits.

4) Riku/Roxas

I'm not into Sora/Riku, but for some reason this isn't a problem to imagine. I know Roxas is kinda Sora, but not really. Meh.

5) Axel/Roxas

Wow, like this hasn't been done before. *rolls eyes* But it's very true, it's practically canon. And nothing like "OMG, THEY LOOK TOTALLY HAWT TOGETHER!!!11!" You can tell that Axel really cares about Roxas.

6) Riku Replica/Namine

Come now. Repliku was like Namine's knight in... really weird tights.

7) Jafar..., and MALEFICENT! :K

So obvious they were digging each other. They're both evil, got sweeping cloak-thingies, staves, spiffy headpieces, and a creepy laugh.

8) Sephiroth and Yuffie

Just imagining it makes me want to laugh.

 

Sora/Kairi - I really think they belong together, and I can come up with a million reasons why. Well, not a real MILLION...But, you know what I mean! D:
Sora/Namine - I won't go for it if it's AU. But based around CoM, gah, they're so cute.
Roxas/Namine - I dislike Roxas, though I can't really 'hate' any videogame character. It goes with the Sora/Kairi thing, anyway.
Axel/Roxas - Not as much a romance as a friendship, but yeahh.
And, oh, most pairings in the Organization, as long as they have nothing to do with Xemnas. In my opinion, he's far too creepy for anyone to fall in love with o.o;;.

Oh, and I really -HATE- the Riku/Sora pairing, so don't get me started on that ^^. I can't hate the characters, but I can hate the pairings!

 

Sora/Namine
I have a feeling we'll see a Sora/Namine moment in the next installment(Not that kairi will be forgotten.)

 

Sora and Naminé were adorable, I agree. It was sweet. And Sora is one of the deepest relationships Naminé had other than Roxas.

I also detest Riku/Sora, I just don't see what's the big deal. I don't hate or mind yaoi, but when it gets out of hand like this pair did, it gets insanely irritating, and it drives me to hate it. And to even think that Riku/Sora can happen and there are hints? Anything concerning romance is between Sora and Kairi. And in the covers, who always sits next to him? Kairi. Who does he think about the most in COM? Kairi. She's the one he first remembered. I can name a million things. And then, some hate Kairi because she gets in the way of their Sora and Riku loving, no matter what excuses they spit out. Well, if they see her as a threat, then is obvious what is going on.

Then there's fanfiction. It's like a whole bucketful of yaoi stories and for a straight pairing, you have to squint to find it. Damn fangirls.

AkuRoku is heading the same way. In fact, I hate the thought of it already.

Sorry, but I needed to vent in some way. Ignore my rant.

 

I've actually been dying to put on a rant just like that. Yaoi has gotten so very, very annoying these days. As I said in my post, I support AkuRoku as a friendship, because -hey-, they're good friends. I don't know why, but most fangirls don't know the difference between 'best friend' and 'soul mate'. And the whole Orgy pairing thing, Uh, I'm scared it's gone overboard too, now that I think about it.

I've been shying away from fanfiction because it seems quality stories are getting harder and harder to find. What's more, quality boyxgirl stories are getting even harder. SoraxKairi and SoraxNamine are my all-time FAVORITE pairings, and they're slowly dissappearing to the....RikuxMickeyxAnsemxSaix stories, or whatever.

Anyway. I'm finished now >.>;;.

 

But...but those are the ones that make me LOL!

Anything with the King is epic win. BEASTIALITY

I love the gay parings! (Most of you probably wonder why.)

RikuxSora: That just works. I mean, they've known each other their whole lives. Riku probably thinks of Sora as his little brother, and has grown very attached to him. Sora probably thinks of Riku as his big brother... OOOH! That's just soo cute to think about!! (By the way, not trying to go incest on you. 0_0).
It's not until Sora and Riku learn about puberty and sex that they realize they've had feelings for each other all along.
Opposites do attract. Riku is quiet and serious, while Sora is happy and outgoing.

Roxas x Sora: This just sounds really cute, except for the idea it would never work.

AxelxRoxas: They work great! Axel was most likely very warm and welcoming to Roxas when he first joined the Organization, possibly because Axel had feelings for Roxas right when he saw him. So, the two became great friends. Axel really shows that he cares about Roxas in KHII.

OlettexHayner: I can see them together. It'd be pretty cute.
I don't know enough about them and their personalities to give them a full analysis.

Demyx x Zexion: Once again with the opposites. Zexion loves his books, and Demyx loves his music. One is quiet, the other loud.
It's just funny to imagine them together.

Saix x Lexaus: Both of them seem like real tough guys. I still think of Saix as a cute little puppy.

Xemnas x Xehanort: Oh wait. Nevermind...

XemnasxXaldin: For some reason, they work. They both have very long hair, gorgeous eyes, and... um... great smiles! :)

Riku/Naminé: Favorite Het (boy/girl) paring. I just can't pair Naminé with Roxas, there like twins...it creeps me out (-_-; Sorry Roxmine fans I can totally see why you love the paring but it's not my thing.)

DiZ/Riku: Say it's gross if you want you won't change my mind. I guess this would be considered a Crack!paring.

Sora/Kairi/Riku: Ok, ok not a "paring" really but I love it anyway. Sora/Kairi on it's own is just kind of boring to me.

Sora/Riku: My first KH ship, I may become interested in others but this will always have a special place in my heart.

Axel/Roxas: I think it just an amusing paring.

Lexaus/Zexion: Lex just does not get enough love.

Xemnas/Saix: It seem like a Master/Servant kinda thing to me.

Marluxia/Larxene: I can only see these two together.

Any Disney canon paring: King Mickey/Queen Minnie FTW!!!

Xehanorts!Heartless/Maleficent: There love is so EVIL!!! Seriously though they're both just using each other for power.

Leon/Aerith: don't know, just like it.
