What makes Cake/Cookies/Pie so delicious?

Like the title says...what is their secret?

 

Taste buds.....your tounge.....thats what it is....

 

I know the secret ingredient! Looooooooooooooooove!!!!! Love love love love looooooooooooooooooove! Thats what makes them tasty:)

 

1 thing, and many ways to say it. Sugar, sucra, glucose, fructose, that white stuff poor people have all over their noises. Sugar, corn syrup and artificial flavorings can make anything taste good.

Also, this doesn't really seem...intelligent...I'm gonna move it to anything else.

High concentrations of Carbohydrates, or glucose/fructose/etc..


Usually the key to any good tasting food + more energy. Unfortunately, artificial flavoring does not work on the energy part, yet it does get the taste part very well.


EDIT: Btw, Cin. Sugar = Glucose. Corn syrup isn't a reason. All that is, is a sugar compound.

Either way, stuff like pies and crap is bad for you. No matter what way you look at it they're made with stuff that you just shouldn't put to much of in your body, no matter how good the crap makes them taste...:/

 

Yeahh, man. That's why they're so delicious.. because they're bad for you! Something so good has to have a catch...

Actually, I don't even like pie. :X And most cakes are yucky.

well i think the answer is obvious. glue. have you ever seen a little kid eating glue? they love it! and why? bacuase it secretly tastes deliciously like a cookie and a cake AND a pie all at once! thats also the main ingredient in all pastries. so there ive solved this ownderfully complex mystery for you all.
