It makes no difference to me...I don't follow any religion so heaven and hell are no problems...However i beleive we will all become spirits one day and be stuck here anyway so IMO I'd endure the same kinda happiness and suffering no matter how long I lived.

On a long-shot, I'd prefer living longer with a healthy life-style. I don't even consider stuff like drinking and partying as 'living', I want to experience the latter life too rather. I want to be there for my (hypothetical, of course) grandchildren.

I might eat a bit more than I should at times, but I usually make up for it by exercising, and putting on a few pounds wouldn't hurt me. I drink, but almost always in moderation, as I don't like the feeling of losing control. I don't need to be intoxicated to enjoy life, anyways.

In terms of STD's, no. After you've had as many children as you want, though, you can just get a vasectomy.
    Never argued that.
No, married people should enjoy sex all they want as long as they know the risks of unwanted babies.

I'd rather live doing with whatever I feel comfortable doing. I'm not going to give up the things I enjoy just to tack on about 10 years or so. Now, I exercise a lot, I eat pretty well and I take care of myself in most ways, so I think I will just continue to live the life I enjoy living.

I actually am not going to reply after I have made this post because I can feel myself becoming frustrated and I don't want that.

I'll settle and say you have your beliefs/ideas and I'll stick to mine. I have no issue with those who want to wait until they are married before they have sex, however I dislike the reasoning of "because God said so".

Either way, I'll stop dragging this thread off the rails now.

I kind of do both things. I try to live life to the fullest, do different things and have fun. I enjoy martial arts and also doing different things like water skiing, sky diving and roaming around. Can't say other than Martial Arts and Fencing, that I really have an exercise plan laid out because I don't need to. I also like to eat various foods, whether 'healthy' or not. In the end, people vary on what a healthy lifestyle is anyway.

I don't do drugs or drink a lot. But I do like to drink now and then with friends and hang out at bars. I like that occasional slice or two of cake or pie (ok, sometimes even half the thing) or the candy bar I pick up now and then. I love steak..mhmm. Life isn't worth living if you can't have some side enjoyments that only mess you up if you do them in bountiful amounts.

Also, sex is actually -healthy- for you, whether male or female. So I do not consider it on my list of unhealthy things to do so long as I wrap it before I tap it and I am with a steady person each time and know who that person is. As with everything else, moderation and not being stupid is a good thing.

So, really, a healthy and happy lifestyle I think can be achieved so long as people know to do things in moderation. Stress will kill you faster than many things people label as 'unhealthy' for you anyway. Not enjoying life and trying out new things leads to stagnation and depression as well, which aren't going to make a person have a meaningful existence. There is very little in life that you cannot do in moderation with the results of being in trouble and shortening your lifespan. I thus choose a combo of both answers since 'healthy' and 'unhealthy' is left up to the person to decide and I do not consider some things I do as wearing down the life-o-meter any faster than if I did not do them.

I'm giving me opinion Kay, don't get sarcastic with me because you took my words completely out of context and you just assumed that i get no exercise when i actually get plenty.

I meant that it's OK to eat what you want but at the same time it's my responsability to get proportional exercise to it which i do. Eating completely healthy and watching your weight and diet so closely often ends up giving people mental health disorders related to weight or sometimes anxiety disorders.

I was referring to this part actually love:

How did I take that out of context to mean you got no exercise? Sounds like you made an assumption there of your own.

What did you expect when you weren't being specific? The reason i thought you took my statement out of context was your remark regarding 7 stone.

Which was made because of this part of your post

    Which is completely different to:

Really what did you expect when you were being vague and non-specific about your opinions?

Don't accuse someone of making assumptions whilst making them yourself.

    Also

Do you have any official reports/stats for this? Or is it another assumption?

Usually if you raise a point and present it as fact it is polite to back it up.

Also love, I am entitled to defend myself, especially when your initial post was written with an agressive tone. Don't tell me what and what not to do.

Well, this might be true, but I've never heard of one.

Anorexia due to peer pressure maybe... but anxiety?

    Not as easy actually.

A longer life is obviously what I want, but doing what I want is on the top too. Though, if doing what you want is within the first option of living a longer, healthier and happy life - then I'll take it!
I seem to find my happiness in keeping myself healthy and living life right as well. A few slip ups would be alright here and there but my majority is on the first option. Because, I know that everyday there is always something to live for and living with it longer and longer - it just makes me happier thinking about it (:
Balancing it out would have been a great answer (like what CtR said) but between the two: I'd have to choose living a longer, healthy life~
