What Is the Name of This Weapon?

    Paulette uses it in Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits and Arc the Lad: End of Darkness, but I've never been able to figure out what to exactly call it (I've just used sling knife, ironically also the name of one of her special moves, in my project for the time being):
