It's owned by nobody, you can see it, it is not a physical Object. The internet is the greatest visual illusion and this illusion controls so many things and so many lives so it just shows humanities dependancy on a safe illusion in which to exist. Its the reason many people are here, how many people have given up their so called "real lifes" for a safe illusion with real Kilometers between them and the others they converse with or have a so-called "relationship" with. The internet is the great visual ilusion but at points i feel that the so-called "real life" is the greatest omni-illusion in existance.

Let us look first at th eprefixes inside the words Internet. The Inter (prefix) stands for a variety of things like "Amongst", "Shared by or involving", and "between".

While the word "net" is defined as-an open-meshed fabric twisted, knotted, or woven together at regular intervals

Since the internet involves cables instead of threads the cables (a.k.a hypothetical threads) connect to various computers (a.k.a intervals) around the whole world. Messages, photos, documents, and sounds can be carried across these series of cables and shared with people at destinated Intervals. The sharing of information through computers is what defines the Internet.

a big question hmmm....The internet is a Online Computer add-on for a Personal Computer Made by Bill Gates and Microsoft, designed to link every computer in the world together,(thus we have hackers) and made for Human enjoyment in the mind. It gives a faster way of communication which costs a usual price of 30-99 dollars a month for extended access.

Where Is It? It is in the air waves if I am not mistaken
    Can You Touch It? No
Can You See It? I believe you can see parts of it like a website
Is it A Physical Object? No
Where Would I Go To See The Internet As Itself And Not On A Screen? I have no idea
Who Owens It? If someone owned it then we wouldn't really have access to it. It belongs to no one and is shared by everyone.

I mean-Other that WiFi and InfaRed and stuff-What is the Internet,Where is The Internet,Is It Really There?? It's there but you can't see, touch, or hear it. If it weren't here then using it wouldn't be possible now would it?

Where Is It? In many places
Can You Touch It? yes, (see where can you go to see it)
    Can You See It? yes
Is it A Physical Object? Yes, every single peice of the internet is it's own physical object
Where can you go to see it? In many places actually, The internet is formed from massive numbers of computers, all linking together to form the greater picture, There are facilities where there are just massive numbers of computers, where they are stacked like sardeens, in order to form large amounts of the internet servers that we are using at this moment.
Who Owens It? Many people do, anyone who has a computer contributing to the internet owns a part of it, (example: you make a website, that website can either be based from your computer, or somewhere else, if it is on your computer, then you own a part of the internet.)

I mean-Other that WiFi and InfaRed and stuff-What is the Internet,Where is The Internet,Is It Really There? see previous answers.

I don't know much...but the internet was created so the government can communicate during crisis time when the phone lines are jammed.

I agree with this. The nature and properties of the internet is not a discussable topic.
    -locked-

The data from the internet is stored in computers, which I assure you mostly exist on solid ground. It is merely transmitted via electromagnetic waves, which may more or less "exist in the airwaves", as you charmingly put it.

My parents own a house. I have access to it. Try again.

    This is very true.
