Birth by Sleep What is Terra's weapon?? A Keyblade??

OMG I have just found this awesome vid. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=oFKwH2uG1v4 this proves that terra's weapon is a Keyblade and that there WAS a connection between terra and Roxas. INFACT it looks asif Roxas is a chaser. Me and my brother was right yaaaaaaay.

i had a little "theory" a while back:

when a keyblade has a keychain on it, it would as we already know, change shape, abilities and stuff
but what if the keychains arent needed?? well, if thats true, how could it have a shape?
my thoughts are that the keyblade could change shape depending on the wielders heart.

Terra: a big, heavy looking keyblade (close, hand to hand combat)
Ven: normal-small sized, light looking keyblade (for quick attacks)
Aqua: normal blue sized with a "misterious" looking keyblade (long distance, magic attacks)

 

It shows nothing about Roxas, Terra hasen't even met Roxas for all we know.

Theres so many flaws in that theory its not funny.

First this game is set 10 years in the past.

They are not soras 'Ancestors' Sora Riku and Kairi were all alive and well at this point.

The three main charecters are Keyblade Aprentices.

The 'Unknown being' Is Master Xehanorts Aprentice, Master Xehanort is a keyblade Master and from what you can asume He was teaching the aprentice, aparantly The aprentice turned bad and for a while MX didn't seem to be bad himself, tho by the look of the secret ending he ended up being just as much of an ass.

10 Years prior Mickey is also training on how to use a keyblade (I really don't see how you can make a cartoon mouse look 10 years younger) trailor summeries have mentioned him training with yen sid.

Yes I have read the description for the Kingdom Keychain millions of times. And my point still stands. Each keyblade still has a DIFFERNT default, they are not all the same. The 'Draws out the keyblades true form and power' Does not mention ANYTHING about other keyblades.

 

i think that maybe this whole chain nonsence is us over anazling the situation....maybe the desingers of Birth by Sleep figured that since there wasnt going to be many close up on the keyblade (yes is said it) that they just didnt make a chain on Terra KEYBLADE....just a thought

 

Did you notice in Birth by Sleep trailer or screenshot where Terra summoning his Keyblade?
This flash, when it appears is too strange...
Those squares that surrounds the Keyblade......
Remember when first time Roxas summoned Keyblade in Twilight Town to attack Dusk? They are ALIKE.... Don't you think?
The Terra's Keyblade's flash is different from Sora's Keyblade's.

ok so i just got done watching BBS again!

and i saw that all the "keyblades" in that desert place....didnt have a keychain


shaazaam!

 

ooooh right, good watched!!!!!! i didn't note that! maybe Terra hasn't a keychain because is in THAT PLACE (and if i watch well, also Aqua and Ven haven't a keychain)
maybe that place is a sort of "store" of the keyblades, and the keychain appear only when 1 of them, choose a keyblade wielder....

 

and another thing....at the begining of the secret ending in KH2 the Trio picks up Sora Riku and Kairis(?)
keyblades which have keychains

but in the secret ending of Final mix + they dont fight with them

did they programers forget?

 

It might be something symbolic, you never know. Like, they'll always have a 'handle' over their own Heart or something... Probably not... I was never any good at symbolico-mystical interpretations... :sweat:

Maybe the real 'master of the Keyblade' can will the Keyblade into any kind of weapon imaginable to suit whatever occasion it's needed for. Like, a -bladed weapon isn't very useful when you need to crush something, so it could morph into Terra's 'Key-more', as I call it. Or if you want to shoot at someone from miles away, it can shift into a Bow-and-Arrow-like mode, like it does in the animation link I put up earlier.

Just some theories.

 

Maybe Terra's Keyblade is what all keyblades looks like without keychains.

 

or maybe thats not Terra's destined keyblade? maybe he finds his REAL TRUE keyblade?

 

I haven't seen any reference to MX having a heartless.

Thats a nice one, yeah maybe the Keyblades don't need the keychain, back then they didnt use Keychains.

 

yeah. i think also a thing, that Xehanort is not an "original". in the Ansem's diary we see that the people are maded by a heart, a body and a soul (or something like it...). in KH 1 we have to fight with the heartless. in KH 2 we have the heartless and the nobody. in KH 3 i think we will have the heartless (heart), nobody (body) and something else (soul). and i think Xehanort is the boss of these "souless" or "nosoul", like Ansem is the boss of the heartless and Xemnas of the nobody (but they are ONLY 1 person the real Xehanort)

Its a keyblade but how he weilds it is a mystery...
