They're not bad. the first and second ones don't seem to blend well. The two different styles in the last one don't go well together I think the Tifa on the right works better for the background. The third goes together the best, but they're all pretty simple. I would also suggest keeping the rule of thirds in mind when making stuff to avoid putting anything dead center or far off on the sides. I think if you work at it a little more, it'll get easier.
Those images look pretty LowQuality, aside from the Ulquiorra one. You need to keep in mind certain things when making tags. First of all, always try to get good quality stock images. There are plenty of render websites, go search in those for something that you think you could work with. Secondly, the basics. Most of your tags have very bad stock positioning, and while there's no rule against using two stocks in a tag, it's not all simple, so it's best to keep yourself in one stock. Also, the effects look really pasted on. I can see you've got the basic gist of flow down, but it could be better. You did try and make the effects compliment the stocks, but it's still quite incongruent. Flow is the direction of your effects, and the tag in itself. There's also blending issues. I suggest you read some tutorials, because there's many things you're missing, yet you've got the potential to do better. If you need any help, just ask.
