In Reese Comes Home, an episode of Malcolm in the Middle and the third episode in an arc of episodes, toward the middle of the episode, Lois takes a trip to find Reese after he ran away to the army a couple episodes back and brings him home. At the end of the episode, while Malcolm and Dewey are sitting on a building splattering people with Jamie's (the baby) diapers full of waste, Malcolm wishes Reese could have been there to see that. Reese says, "Me too!" and Malcolm and Dewey turn around to find out it's Reese (they didn't know anyone was behind them). In excitement, they run up to him and they all hug, but then a few seconds later in a laughing manner, Reese says, "Don't 'mo me" and they separate. Reese then asks what they're doing and joins in before the episode ends. What does "Don't 'mo me" mean?
@c r i ☆ m i n, @DigitalAtlas, @Beau: I managed to find the episode online, if you guys are interested, so you can actually view it, but Below and Beau's answers make the most sense to me, personally. Scroll down a bit and click the play button on the video player and skip to 17:14 and watch until the end. It's only a few minutes. http://www.tubeplus.me/player/1124937/Malcolm_in_the_Middle/season_6/episode_1/Reese_Comes_Home/"
Yeah, nah, I just couldn't relate 'mo to a word till Beau said smother. They're right. I just gave it a guess because Reese is such a homophobe.
... Pick what up from? That he's a homophobe? Uhhh... I exaggerated the use of that word. Reese is fine with gays, he's also typical macho man and tried to make sure no one could ever see him as gay- he assigns roles. I watched the show a lot in highschool, yeah.
You should watch both that and Malcolm in the Middle again because, in the words of the great Amaury, they're awesome! :D :D :D
Pfff. If they're on when I'm flipping through channels, then I put them on. Francis is too good a character to pass up. Hal too. But I have waaaaay too much YouTube to catch up on to actively watch it from start to finish.
Just for the reference, Malcolm in the Middle is on IFC and MTV2 and Everybody Hates Chris is on UP, MTV2, and TV1.
