Kingdom Hearts II What do you think the Battle System of KH3 might be like?

    Ok, I have an I idea based on some of the clues we have received from the KH2 and KH2 FM+ secret endings that there will be two styles of gameplay:

    1- The Ordinary KH1/2 battle system with new twists ( Such as, possibly, a "darkness meter" of some kind based on the tinges of corruption in Sora which have become to surface [ Craving to be king in pride lands etc...] )

    2- A Large scale "Rome Total War" Style gameplay where important characters are generals and they control less important characters ( My idea for this is based upon the phrase " Keyblade War" which appears in the KH2 Secret Trailer with Ven, Aqua and Terra)

    I believe this idea would suit players if they could choose between which one they want to do.

    Just my two cents! :D

    Umm.....just giving my two cents here.........

    the following are the "tradition" of what is included in KH, KH:com and KH2.....so......

    1. The same old battle system, where x is attack, o is jump ect.

    2. Summons should be in the sequal because they have been a part of every KH game.

    3. A hunting game, like where you have to find the dalmation puppies in KH and you have to find the crown pieces in KHFM+.

    That's about all I think......I would also like them to keep the reaction command, drives and limits.

    That would be cool...I like that darkness meter idea...But if you failed to keep the meter down, how would you stop Sora of being "evil"?

    Um, maybe you could do good deeds (e.g. freeing people from the heartless) to get your meter down.
    Or, maybe, a point system like in Fable.

    Another thought: If Sora remains inactive whilst at full darkness, a cooldown meter will appear, when it reaches the bottom, Sora's darkness meter goes down.
    Yays, I have ideas :D XD

    but i dont get it.wat happens if its full?i think it should be lke this.wen the darkness meter gets full YOU BECOME DARK SORA.not ani sora dark sora.you have 2 keyblades and you can like do killer moves and become powerfuller.but to go to normal you have to press the buttons it says like triangle circle x square.but if you go darkness to much you rapidly press to go to normal.but if u go darkness to much it takes over and you faint.and wen u wake up EVERYONE FEARS YOU!!!even donald and goofy.>:)

    That WOULD be interesting. Maybe the Kingdom Key can go "evil" too.

    That is of course, IF Sora is in KH 3.
