Kingdom Hearts II What do you suppose happened to the World that Never Was?

What do you suppose happened to the World that Never Was? Do you think Maleficent and Pete will be using it as their headquarters in the next game? Do you suppese we'll ever see it again?

 

I think the castle and the dark city are in ruins actually. I am sure Malficent can rebuild it.

 

That would be interesting, but I wouldn't be surprised if the city began to fade back into darkness, just as the Nobodies did. It was a twight area, anyway...and the name kinda tells you that it never really existed in the first place.

 

The only way that you can reach the World That Never Was is by using portals of darkness. See, just like Nobodies, it was never meant to exist. Now that Sora and Riku have defeated Org. XIII, I wouldn't be surprised if it faded out of existence just like its owners.

 

I suppose it's just gone. That's all I can really think of.

 

Nah!!! I sincerely doubt it. I think Maleficent & Pete will definitely rebuild the castle and renaming the Nobodies world, "The Forbidden Mountains." Think of the possiblities, instead of a city, it will be a dark forest, and the castle will be on top on the mountain side. Hence the possible new Disney world based on Sleeping Beauty.

 

You can actually get there by gummi ship too. But I agree with you it's probably gone. And wasn't there a weird thing about Twilight Town like it doesn't exist or something. So would that mean that Twilight town would be gone as well?

 

Nope, I don't think Twilight Town will disappear, I am sure that it will comeback in the next Kingdom Hearts game.

 

Twilight Town won't dissapear, since the only way you could get through TWTNW was through the portal, since the Org created it and they're destroyed the portal dissapears and the link between the Alternate Twilight Town and Twilight Town would be broken and the only way you can get there is through Alternate Twilight Town so, we might never see it again.

 

No, I think the planners would make an original world in this case.

I agree with you that maybe Maleficent took over....we may see it....and no, twilight town is still gonna be there....

 

The Organization didn't create the castle nor the world, they found it.

 

Er, I'm pretty sure they built the castle. It has their symbol all over it.

And they probably built the city too, though that's only an assumption.

 

Its not THIER symbol its the nobody symbol and the Organization just happen to be nobodys. They most likely just made the graveyard room.

 

Yes, and? The Organization happens to have control of all the other Nobodies. I very much doubt that all the Nobodies have that symbol somewhere on their person by sheer coincidence. It wouldn't just be on them when they're created, now would it?

And where exactly do you think the castle came from? A bunch of random Nobodies just happened to build it for no reason, and then the Organization just happened to stumble by and take control?

 

Not all nobodys have the symbol though (Marluxias angel looking one) and Creepers. Would that mean the organization has no control over them? From what I have seen NO!

That is a possibility. There are lots of things we dont know how was created. I do admit The castle itself mabey was made by the organization but the world itself was not.

 

Actually the Creepers do have the symbol, it's on their feet...er, hands. And the Nobody Marluxia rides around on in the final battle has the symbol on its forehead, and the humanoid looking thing that appears on its back is presumably part of it, so it wouldn't need another symbol.

Well, of course the world itself wasn't created by them, but I still think the castle and city were.

 

Maybe there were people during the keyblade wars who created the world, but after that they all vanished. Then the Org. found their world and made it in their image.

Or TWTNW could have a backstory like Hallow Bastion A.K.A. Radiant Garden.
