What do you listen to when you're sad?

I listen to moby.Dunno why...Just listening to ''why does my heart feel so bad'' or ''porcelain'' makes me even more sad,but after a while i get better.How bout you?

 

Usually I listen to Angels & Airwaves, their music is really calming, it's hard to describe. xD

 

I listen to something sad, no specifics.

 

I don't normally listen to music when I'm sad. But when I do it's usually kh songs that perk me up :3

 

When I am sad I try to listen to loud, heavier music ^^ if I listen to sad music I just end up in tears, like for example last night I was feeling down, and was listening to this beautiful song called "The Lake" by Antony And The Johnsons, and that was it I was in tears for like an hour -____-

On the plus side, sadness is one emotion that really inspires my creativity :P

Anywayz, I listen to Linkin Park, Adema, Metallica etc etc when I am feeling sad :P I need the influence to balance out my mood xD​

 

I listen to Emilie Simon's stuff. So soothing and gentle, it makes me feel at ease.

I particularely like "Rose Hybride de Thé" and "Desert".

 

I listen to flyleaf "So I thought"

It has something that calms me.

 

I tend to listen to some Enya and/or Enigma and some other music that I can relax to and focus on the background music as well as the voices. Also sometimes singing to sad songs that are relating to why I am sad helps get me back in the right frame of mind.

I usually listen to Freebird or any other Lynyrd Skynyrd song.

 

I normally just flick through my favourite songs and just listen to them...that, or I listen to some good classics like O Fortuna.

 

When I feel depressed, I usually listen to songs with a rock tone and lyrics that are NOT uplifting.

 

I just ly on my bed and turn to Z103.5 and listen to it. (Toronto Radio Station xD)

but I prefer anything rock, but more alternative rock. Or some really heavy rock.

That sounds like the channel Z93 which is in Saginaw I think...

(oh snaps spam) But Z93 is a rock channel which I listen to when I'm in a low mood as well.

Well, if I ever feel a bit down I put some of my favorite songs, or some Slow Metal songs.

 

If I'm down, I'll put on Doomed on SomaFM or I'll put on London After Midnight or E Nomine.

I mostly listen to dance music when I'm sad. I try to avoid the sad songs...

Those are ALL the songs I listen to when I'm down or depressed. They just express me well. Especially when I think of that Special Someone. Tis saddening though. =[
