Currently reading the Alien Nine series. I'm in need of the fourth book in the series though. My library doesn't have it, and neither does online.

Ah, man. I am working on and need to read the following:

Zen Without Zen Masters by Camden Benares
Principia Discordia by Greg Hill & Kerry Thornley
The Wisdom Of Insecurity by Alan Watts
The Illuminatus! Trilogy by Robert Shea & Robert Anton Wilson
    Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman
Perdido Street Station by China Miéville

I really ought to start on it seriously...

Currently reading Huckleberry Finn for English. It's hard to get into at first, but I like it. Though, the vernacular is still somewhat irritating. >>

I'm currently finishing up a book called Shattering Glass, pretty intense I'd say. Never could have predicted the end.

The King's Speech - I have only read one chapter thus far, so not much can be said. I have, however, seen the movie; it was excellent, though I have heard that the movie differs significantly when it comes to actual history.

Its a really good series about kids with 2% Avian DNA. This means they have Bird wings and of course can fly!
Could've never predicted the events in this one.

A Crack in the Line- Story about a guy discovering an alternate reality where he's a girl and the mother that died in his own is living in that reality where he's a girl. Finished it today and was a little disappointed. It felt somewhat incomplete. But it was still kind of an interesting book with a good plot sort of.

Ever since I watched the movie "The Lightning Thief", I've been meaning to start reading the series, so I checked out the first book yesterday, knowing I was going to need it for today's Taks test when I was done. I just finished it a couple of minutes ago, and checked out the second one. I'm going to start it here in a bit.

I've started Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut for school.

I like it so far, I'm only on chapter two at the moment but I've hated all of the other books we've read this year so I'm just really excited to be enjoying this one.

The Last Dragon Chronicles: Dark Fire

More information. I think this series is really interesting. Not just because there are dragons but I feel that it is a unique approach to a modern fantasy setting.

Witch and Wizard James Pattinson (the first one) I like it because it's the kind of book that has you in suspense and you want to open it to see what happens to the characters the minute you stop reading.

I started I Am Number Four by Pitacus Lore a while back but I just can't finish it. I'm at the last 100 pages too. It's not becase it's hard; it's because I got kind of sick of the main character. He spends 3/4 of the book pining over some girl, making out with her every five minutes, and little plot movement. Hopefully the movie is better.

I also started The Accidental Billionaires by Ben Mezrich. I was a big fan of the Social Network movie, so I decided to check it out. I can already tell the movie wasn't a faithful adaptation of the book, but the movie still isn't too bad. The book seems to pace very well and it is interesting.
