It's huge... That's all I can think of. Including the camera.

Well it's bigger. Though that's not necessarily a deal-breaker I guess. It costs over 100 USD over the competition, while still being the less powerful machine.

It also probably doesn't count with Japan very much since it's not very popular there at all. Maybe it'll get a lot of famous games, but anything in-between from Japan, will probably go to the PS4.

It also has a paywall for online. Which the PS4 does too, but the PS+ service is more economic and more beneficial than Xbox Live. Specially if you own a PS Vita.

It also comes with a camera for their Kinect push. Which means you can expect many Kinect experiences. This is subjective, though.

I'm going to go with pros and cons, since having just one is a bit useless to make a decision on it.

    Pros:
    - Hardware
    • Bundled Kinect, controller-less handling, facial recognition, voice commands
    • Xbox SmartGlass allows connection of tablets to the Xbox One
    • Upgrade of the 'best' controller on the market, better use of vibration functions
    • Blue ray disk drive
    - Software
    • 'Better' exclusive games (Dead Rising 3, Forza, Project Spark, Titanfall, Ryse, Fatal Instinct, etc) but that's individual choice, though on average they are a bit better in terms of originality, scope of genres and use of the system's abilities
    • Kinect game integration, specific to each game from Kinect Sports capturing your image and creating a cartoon avatar of you in the game, or the ability to move your body to dodge attacks whilst attacking using the controller.
    • SmartGlass, allowing unique features and extras from games along with a tablet screen controller and other upgrades. Dead Rising will use it as a walkie talkie to receive missions and call in air strikes, The Division will use it as a way for tablet players to help console players by spotting enemies, calling in air strikes, etc.
    • Media interconnectivity and able to have multiple application open at once (TV, Skype, games, etc) without stopping any of them. This can even mean queing for a multiplayer game on one hand whilst playing another game whilst you wait (e.g. whilst waiting for matchmaking for a game of Fatal Instinct, you can switch to Ryse and play the singleplayer mode until an on screen prompt tells you a mathc in Fatal instinct has been found
    • Ability to record and upload game footage to Twitch, as well as live streaming
    • Cloud storage of multi media files and save game files
    • Use of Windows apps (though need to b converted by app makers to use on XboxO, a short and simple process)
    Cons:
    - Hardware
    • 'Less' powerful than PS4 (likely won't affect quality of gams since they are pretty much the same spec)
    • Bigger than a PS4, dimension wise. Some pics for reference, here is the box on a desk, here it is from a top-ish angle of it to the PS4 and here it is standing, compared to current and next gen consoles.
    • Higher price than the PS4, likely because of the bundled kinect which adds more functions than the PS4
    • Need to have the Kinect plugged in for games to play, but can be switched off at any time
    - Software
    • Pay for online multiplayer (PS4 does that too now)
Honestly, it's a PS4 with different bells and whistles and it's up to which you prefer at this point since they both have the same system since MS went back on their Always Online policies.

I have a problem with how you wrote most of your arguements.

1.There is no such thing as better exclusives. Also it's Killer Instinct not Fatal Instinct. There is no way you can say these games are better in any way before launch.
Also only 3 of those games are first-party games(Forza, Spark and Killer Instinct), so there is a good probability most games will be ported to the PS4 in the future,e.g. Mass Effect,
Bioshock, Dead Rising 2, etc. this generation.
    2. Tablet/smartphone integration will also be available on PS4, how is that a pro arguement?
    3. Media interconnectivity is also available on PS4, see above.
4.Ability to record and upload game footage is also available on PS4, see above.
    5. Same goes for Cloud storage.
    6. Windows 8 apps will not work natively on Xbox one, they will have to be ported individually.
    7. How can you say that the Hardware difference between PS4 Xbox One won't affect game quality? PS4 has a much larger data bandwidth due to GDDR5 memory and the GPU is proven to have a 50% power advantage over the Xbone's.
    8. You say the Kinect adds more functions than the PS4, but can you name me one? Well I can, Microsoft has said that the Xbox One is designed around advertisement, meaning that the Kinect's built in mic and cam will monitor your behaviour and will supplement your dashboard accordingly. This is also the reason why Kinect is mandatory any use of the system.

    1.
Forgot the name did it off the top off my head. First, no one can say which games will stay exclusives and which won't, not even the developers, and speculating they will be ported is far fetched and a shot in the dark, an building people's hopes up without any grounding to them. What we do know is that they are exclusive to the Xbox One, that is hard fact and not changing unless officially confirmed. No one could've predicted Mass Effect would be released on PS3 5 years after being originally released for the Xbox 360. I doubt many gamers will wait that long for an exclusive to port.
And I say 'better' instead of better because like I said, it's up to the individual, like I explained, and I also explained that it was 'better' because it offered more of a range of genres and originality than the PS4 line up which are almost all sequels.

    2.
Because SmartGlass is an already established feature of the Xbox 360 and the features it has will carry over along with upgrades, whilst Sony have not shown their tablet service at all. MS have proven they have a good service, whilst Sony is unproven, from what we know currently.
The WiiU isn't tablet integrated, so the XboxO having it is a pro compared to that, if you want some type of reason. I'm just listing new features.

    3.
Except that MS are focusing on a multi media console, whilst PS4 is mainly focused on gaming. The multi media features are likely to be more extensive and prominent on the XboxO than the PS4, because that's how they're focusing their efforts.

    4.
Homogenous, most likely true, but just listing the features, and for many this is a pro feature, not a con one.

    5.
    See 4.

    6.
I already explained that in my post.

    7.
Because almost every developer and their mother has claimed there is no major difference and that it doesn't matter in how they are designing games. It'll be like designing for the same console, sure on paper one is more powerful, but if developers aren't creating games utilising the full capabilities of a system, it doesn't matter what platform it's on, in the end. We've never seen two consoles so evenly matched before, so this will really reflect things in game design. I would get all the articles I could, but I can't be bothered to search anymore than these: from Kojima, from RedLynx, and from Watch_Dogs producer.

    8.
All the capabilities of the current Kinect and more? I already listed a number of features, needless to say the Kinect i a powerful piece of kit in terms of controller-less gaming, with it able to detect shoulder shifting, finger waggling, to have better voice command options and identify you from your face and voice, logging you into your account automatically, along with the ability for you to navigate your games using nothing but your body. I didn't say you had to like it, but compared to the Playstation Move, this thing has more abilities and possibilities. Look at Project Spark, that thing obligatory requires a Kinect, and the game looks amazingly entertaining and only capable because of the Kinect.

To note, i'm getting a PS4, because it fits me more than it does the One, but I'm not going to hate on it completely. Sure some features aren't great on it, but the PS4 isn't perfect. It's all about preference and i'm just trying to list the facts instead of bashing one and loving the other

well as a general rule it's better to talk about exclusive pros, rather than stuff that the competition can do
otherwise we might as well start saying 'it has a controller' 'it has a disk tray'

Well last gen, we complimented the Xbox 360 controller for being better than the PS3 Boomerang design, as well as the blue ray disk tray of the PS3.

And you take those features for granted, ha, think about it, the Kinect is a way to be controller-less on a console and is an obligatory bundle, MS promoting the change of how we interact with games, and even the Occuls Rift which eliminates camera controls completely. And with the inevitable change to online downloads, physical disks will not be around forever so the disk tray will be discontinued on consoles, one day.

Sadly, for me personally, the only pros that appeal to me which are so far exclusive to Xbox One are recording gameplay, the multitasking thing, and Cloud storage.
