I'm just full of threads this morning, aren't I? This is one I've been meaning to post for a while, and since I can't find a "Video Assistance" section in which to put this, it is going here (more people will probably see it this way, anyway).

I'm getting sick of WMM notorious freezing capabilities (that's why there have been no new Jade Rhade AMVs since March), so I'm finally giving in and buying myself a new program. What do you use/recommend? My pricetag would like to be under $50, but I'm willing to go up to $70 at most.

Roxio 9 for sure, it's only 60 or 70 bucks.

Do you have to spend three days straight trying to figure out how it works? (Because I never bother to read instruction manuals.)

No, it's a lot easier then Sony Vegas...

I have it too, so I can always help you out. ^^

Watch the second half of my tut video if you want an idea of how it looks.

I say Adobe Premiere Elements, you can probably pick up 2.0 quite cheaply.

I agree with going for Premiere. Since becoming a Mac user, I've kinda evolved into Final Cut Pro, but Premiere was definitely a program of choice back in Windows days.

I'm finding an Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 that's about the same price as the Roxio program... searching for a reputable place to purchase 2.0 right now. (And I'm shamelessly bumping this... xD)
