    By healer I am going to assume you mean the White Mage dressphere. You get that quite early on in Besaid. You have a mission called "Where's Wakka" when you complete that you get the White Mage :]​

    My guess the member is talking about psy and/or festival dresspheres (can't remember the name), in one YRP are dressed like some hyper-anime-hetai-robot highschool girls and in the other in traditional Japanese garments, but these spheres are only in the International version...which can be only bought in Japan, thus contradicting its own name ...


    other then those there really aren't any special dress spheres...
