Huzzah, make the entire thing worth it i'd say.

New policy for hospitals, if you have to have a sponge bath, your partner is allowed to dress up in a nurse outfit and do it for you.

Get it in the loop people.

Yeah, that's true. Famous people usually come in, but they're usually people I haven't heard of or really have no interest seeing. They have a huge library of movies though, and they sometimes have screeners for stuff that is in theaters now (no Dark Knight Rises though :/).

Love that idea; she just needs to get on a plane ride down here.

Thank you for your feedback. I realize now that I could have been more tactful in how I worded my post, but that does not change what I wrote in my rather excited state of mind. With that in mind, I do apologize for my poor choice of words. However, I will not apologize for my assumption of womankind's tendency to be too friendly about rejecting guys rather than being quick about it like ripping off an adhesive bandage. I assume based on my experiences and the experiences of those who are close to me.

The small collective that is you and your friends is hardly solid grounds to build a basis for all women kind on, they're not heart crushing monsters, and perhaps the only reason it's a delayed tell from them is that they fear your over reaction to it.

Of course you'd never over react to it yeah? By say making threads saying broke your heart into a million pieces.

Or even worse, what you post in premium, that you become so derranged in your pursuit that if you cannot have it your way, you'll damage her feelings instead.

I'd honestly say you need to open your eyes and grow up, people are only as mean as you let them be to you, if it affects you so badly then perhaps you're not even emotionally ready for relationships, rejection is all a part of growing up and becoming an adult, if you can't take it and be civil, then you have no right to even waste a persons time in pursuit of them.

'GET LOST YOUR CREEPY STALKER FREAK!'

    or

'Sorry, I don't see you in that way and can't return your feelings.'

    What would you choose?

I understand that I and the people who are consistently around me are hardly a large enough sample to justifiably base my overall judgement of humankind on, but so is any other group that anyone might base their own judgement on. It's how the human mind works. If you were to spend 19 years with only one or two friends and five or six total acquaintances, wouldn't it be very easy for you to assume that what those few people are like makes up the whole of whatever groups to which they belong? That is, of course, an exaggeration of how sheltered my life was, but you should be able to get the point that I'm trying get across.

And that's the thing. I know that I'll definitely overreact if my feelings are allowed to grow for too long without being returned. That's why I prefer to be turned down before I get to the point where I am going to overreact. Even though I've mostly gotten over those feelings, I still can't say that I wouldn't be happy for that girl to have her heart crushed by the fact that she's missed her chance with me.

And you pretty much hit the nail on the head with my needing to grow up. Even though I realize that rejection is a part of life and am able to deal with it, I cannot deal with people who want to reject me but hold off on it until I've developed a strong attachment to them. If you don't like me, then tell me and get it over with. I just don't see how it can be so hard to say, "Sorry, I don't see you in that way and can't return your feelings," or even, "GET LOST YOUR CREEPY STALKER FREAK!" that it takes four long years to blurt out. That's just cruel and deserves some heartbreak in return.

    I
I'd prefer the second, of course. But I would prefer either to developing strong feelings for a girl who can't reciprocate and deals with it by never bringing it up and letting me nurse my feelings until I finally work up the nerve to say something and any rejection, no matter how nice it seems, turns me into a quivering puddle of tears for the next week or so. Oh, and thanks for providing the quotes that I used in my reply to Vivi.

This is where we end our back and forth then, you're mature enough to realise your fault in your original post and even apologised to the females that was really all I came into this thread for, as it genuinely pissed me off.

As for the future part, there's no helping you until you can help yourself. You need to learn to not get so attached to someone, and if you haven't said anything in 4 years, or if you have and she hasn't been obvious enough with her answer that she's not interested in you, it's clearly not going to happen.

One day you'll find a girl, who'll change your opinion on them, or you'll grow bitter and resentful of them because of how you feel they've treated you, but at the end of the day, it will be your own fault, for pursing things too strongly, and having the opposite effect from what you desire. I hope for your sake you take some time to re-evaluate your approach with women, as it will benefit you and the future women of your life.

Edit: I also just noticed your user title, get rid of that. I don't care if it's a joke or not it's self degrading and you probably in some way or another think there's some truth to it, remove it for your own benefit(Note: I play no Ace Attorney games so do not know the character of Larry Butz, but if he is also an unloved character i recommend ditching him as soon as possible also)

In response to why girls can seem like they're leading you on, it's sometimes a case of trying to find the right way to say it. For instance, they could be scared that your friendship will fall apart after they say no. Also, they're not all just going to say "I'm not interested." because they think it's mean. Also, sometimes, if you say nothing, you can't expect them to know. So in your mind they could be leading you on but they don't know.
Also, would you rather a girl assume you like her and come out with "I don't want to be with you." or you tell her and she says "I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in you like that"?

just keep in mind that some girls say that they are not interested in a relationship just as a way to reject you in which case it would have to do with you.

I'll take care of the usertitle later. It is a joke, if a rather terrible one, but I'm still reluctant to change it so soon.

As for Larry, he's the kind of character who's only lovable because he's so unlovable. He's a big hit with the fandom and one of the best characters in the series.

I don't really know how to respond to this, so I'll say that I'm nodding and carefully consider your advice for the next few days.

I choose to believe that this girl is telling the truth because she gave me a reason that I'm pretty sure is very hard to lie about.
