I think when she said that the mods feels unappreciated was pointing at the fact that people came to her with problems that should be one of the mods jobs.

Woah, woah, wtf? Soundwave does alot of stuff so don't go blaming her for anything. The only reason your blaming her is because CtR left the staff and you feel the need to have a scapegoat to blame for the reasons she left. And don't try and say your not blaiming Soundwave for anything because its obvious you are by saying **** like that.

 

First: Why ask only me? Why not the other mods as well?
Second: Actually yes, often I and other sec. mods do, as we cannot ban or prevent **** from happening in other sections, which can be a huge disadvantage when you are the only one online. Most of the stuff we can do, like moving threads and whatnot, goes largely ignored, and half the time when there is a thread that needs to be moved or locked we generally are not informed until it evolves into some kind of spam/shitstorm.
Speaking personally, being a spam zone mod is not always fun and games, I've had my share of getting harassed by people simply because I did what I was supposed to and locked a thread, for example. Not to mention that most trolls occur in the spam zone, and I have stayed up late tracking them and deleting things that would more than likely rape your eyes until someone that can ban them gets online.

I do not say for a moment that Kay didn't do a fantastic job working on the forum, it was a pleasure and honor to work along side her and hunt down bots, nor do I say that any of the other staff members - admins, super mods, or sectional mods - can replace her, she is a unique individual like any other member here. As a team we do not always see eye to eye, but we always come to a resolution and work things out. I am very sure that even though one of the main driving forces of our staff has left us, we will still be able to do our jobs.
I know I am not always the most serious person on this site, hell, I rarely am, I know I can be an ass but I am trying to put that behind me now. Staff's had rough times in the past. We will work through it.

That's all I have to say.
