Lol @ your logic. Just because the Organization calls her "friend" doesn't mean she's evil. Xigbar said that there was another "friend" in Castle Oblivion (when he talked to Zexion in that one new FM cutscene), does that mean that there was another "traitor" as well?

At least not with any of the information that we have of Aqua right now. There is definitely going to be something big about her though. I mean why else have they barely released any information about her?

i agree with everyone else. that scene just means that xemnas has some connection to aqua and it's just to add to the plot.

i don't think any of the three are bad but bbs might might prove me wrong and it might not.

 

if anyone of the three is going to be a traitor it will most likely be Terra. (quickly glances at my new Avi). and even at that point i don't think Traitor will be the right word to use. by what we've seen so far Terra is going to rely on darkness to save his friends from MX, kind of like what Riku did

everybody thinks Terra became Xemnas
which means Xemnas would've remembered all of his memories
so why didn't he recognize Roxas as Ven?

 

Because he lost all his memories. If you remember the Secret Ansem Reports, you'd know that the Xehanort we know was found with only one memory, the name Xehanort. So that's why Xemnas wouldn't have remembered anything.

 

But when a person becomes a Nobody, the Nobody keeps the memories.
So would Xemnas not regain the memories "Xehanort" lost?

and even if he didn't
KH2 should've had some kind of Roxas-Xemnas relationship
Kinda seems like the two had no connection at all, not even talked of each other

 

The Nobody only remembers what the Somebody knew. So Xemnas would only know what KH2 Xehanort knew and nothing more.

Also, we may see something like that in Days.

 

I dunno, but I've never bought into the whole Terra =~= Xemnas/Xehanort theory. I need proof first. And I know about the hair and orange eyes.

 

i agree that there really isn't any proof of the Terra=Xehanort theory but i still support it. mostly because it explains:
1. the differences between MX and Xehanort
2. why Xemnas calls the Aqua armor friend
3. the Lingering Sentiment's words and actions

also one more thought. just playing devil's advocate but is Xemnas recognizes the Aqua Armor as friend and supposing he does have Ven's armor in Castle Oblivion like Xigbar suggests then Xemnas would recognize Roxas as Ven. so if Xemnas is Terra then he did regain Terra's memory

i think the Xemnas Roxas relationship will be shown in more detail in Days. like it was said we never really see Xemnas and Roxas converse except for that opening scene on the dark beach but that doesn't mean they never talked.

 

but in final mix there are scenes that suggest that Xemnas regain his memories, like the whole friend scene with Aqua's armor. however, who's to say that Xemnas would even mention anything when he saw Roxas. Xemnas may have expected an outcome like this when Sora plunged the keyblade in his heart. Plus Xemnas can't even care for friends anymore since he is a nobody. so it wouldn't really matter to Xemnas now would it?

you are absolutely right, that is Terra. however, according to Nomura, that whole fight was just to challenge the player. also according to Nomura, whether or not Terra and Xemas are one and the same is not relevant. the whole terra battle was just for the players amusement. It is really unconnected to the story. at least thats what Nomura states. the whole interview is on kh insider. it's a long one, but interesting.

 

Actually he didn't state that whether Terra and Xemnas are the same is not relevant, he said whether Terra and the Lingering Spirit (KH2:FM Secret Boss) were teh same is irrevelant
