Well, I feel stupid (MSW2007 help)

'Kay, I admit that I'm lazy. I like when my word processing program capitalizes my "I"s for me. On Microsoft Word 2007, it's not doing that, and I don't if/how I can make it automatically correct my "i"s for me. Does anyone know?

 

Not sure. I get where you're coming from; it's so frustratiing to find yourself typing a novel sized thing, and the one time you look up you see they're underlining an i rather than autofix.

I'm not sure if I can get it to do that. If I can, I'll let you know. Might be something you have to set in Preferences or something like that.

EDIT: I found it! I went into file, clicked “Word Options”, then went into the proofing category, clicked “AutoCorrect”, and typed in “i” in the Replace column and “I” in the With column.

That was easier than I expected it to be. o.o
