I don't even know a thing about this Boris guy all I keep thinking of is the dude from that one James Bond film that goes HA HA HA I AM INVINCIBLE and then runs off

And Boris was in charge right before I became admin. He pretty much banned anything he felt like and made a third reich like system. The forum was struggling for a while due to the lack of control the staff had, mostly due to inactivity. And he was put as admin to change things. He pretty much made things a lot worse including banning a lot of good members who he thought didn't like him. I even got banned once, when he finally left it became a screaming match. I was made admin and it took a long time to work out all the problems.

Though he's most famous for was making a poll to get the new Moderator between the two most popular members at the time. That was the definition of his reign of power on how badly that went. He personally bragged to me in a chat that he did it to make himself more liked and popular.
