Well I feel old

I just got a notification that someone had liked a post I made here almost 7 years ago.

7 YEARS! I'VE BEEN A MEMBER HERE FOR THAT LONG.

Now I feel old.

I joined up in 2008 so I am not as old as most here but I understand the feeling.

 

I shouldn't feel old, especially in comparison, but I just celebrated four years.

 

I hit six next month. Why are we all still posting?

I was still new with the internet thing seven years ago. I'm not gonna lie, I was a total n0oB. Now I'm super L33T, like totes. Nah, just kidding. I'll be a n0oB 5evah!!

Though I really don't regret anything

minus the lack of a social life but i wouldn't have that anyway ahuehue

 

3-4 years off and on, might've been on longer than most of you if I'd registered when I first started lurking here



But I'm also one of the oldest people here so it evens out I think

 

Just under half a decade for me. I was going to do the math to find out the percentage of my life that I've been on this place but nah

Well, you took the words right out of my mouth. I still feel quite young in comparison to the people who joined in 2006 xD

Also, 33.184% of my life, to be exact, I've been a member of this site.

 

I've been here for about 5 years, which is a good quarter of my life. It's kind of hard to see where I'd be if I hadn't found this site. I'd probably have a lot of time in my hands so I did all the things I wanted to do, got through college quickly, found a great wife, and did my dream. Or I'd be dead. It's one of the two extremes. No in between.
