Out of curiosity, what's the difference between this and the threadbit timestamps being hard to see?

Fixing it now.

Different blues. The stickies use a gradient and dark text on dark blue isn't visible. The blue in the alerts is much more vibrant.

Suggestion: On the member card, add link color to the activity link, such as "Viewing forum The Spam Zone" (The Spam Zone would obviously be the link), and the number links, such as your number of messages. Currently, it's all white.

See this thread. Tracy's first post takes care of the activity while his second post takes care of the number links.

 

Won't change. They stand out because the rest uses dimmed colors.

 

The "X was seen" and timestamp are, but the actual activity isn't -- not that I can see, anyway.

Edit: Tabs in signatures overlap with non-tab text in signatures on member profiles. There's also a weird dark bar behind the tabs.

 

I support the mobile skin idea, as well as vying for a . . . fixed width. Everything else seems to be smooth for me. Fixed width tho . . . Yeaaah. That sounds nice. But yeah. Cool. Okay. Leaving.​

 

Fixed Width! I agree with Sax. Overall everything seems pretty good and I can manage, but fixed width. Everything is so wide and not pretty.

 

I'll have to play with things some more but so far things look great to me.

 

I'm really loving the new look. It'll take some getting used to, but that's the case with every major change.

I definitely support the fixed width idea, and I've gotta say that I'm really impressed.
( although the off center forum header bugs me, but that's just a minor thing )

I came to see what the fuss was about and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for the update. ~ The default avatars are cute, too.

 

So, first of all I'd like to say...
I love the new design (and thank god for fixes to the editor. The old one drove me crazy, lol). Well done and thank you for the hard work as usual. :)

However, I would like to now make a request and hope this is the right place to do so. I haven't seen anything said about it anyway as of yet, but I know it's still fairly popular with a lot of members.
Slim style...

Will we be getting one again? And if it's not been thought about... can it please be considered again?
There is a fair bit of divide with people who like the wide style and slim style, and I know it's not probably a priority right now, but options are always a nice thing right?
So yeah, that's the one thing I wanted to throw in.

EDIT: Damn it. I just looked in the thread again and realized that 'Fixed Width' has been mentioned. Before I posted, I ctrl F'd looking for the word 'slim'. No wonder I didn't see anything about it *facepalms*.
Nevermind.

TLDR; I love the changes, and consider this post a +1 for Fixed Width if possible.

One thing I've noticed from my last post here actually is that I've chosen to hide smilies in my preferences so they only show as text.



However... the smiley is still showing (I apologize that the image blends into the background, since it's naturally a screenshot of the issue on the same background - I've tried to make it clearer, lol):

Dunno if that's down to KHV and a setting simply isn't working or if there is something else wrong perhaps on my end, but yeah. Figure I'd share it just in case.

 

Just so I don't have to take a screenshot, the dropdown menu arrows, such as on Thread Tools, are hard to see. Maybe make them white?

 

I just wanted to report that there's something that is making the site constantly load. To the point the site's favicon doesn't load in the tab. It's just a spinning blue circle and I have to stop it loading.

At the moment it is saying it is transferring data from i.minus.com.

[ I know it's stationary but just imagining it spinning.]


My browser is Firefox ver. 26.0 if that helps any.

It's a minor inconvenience but I just wanted to make the staff aware.
