Not going to mess with it, I don't like to change core things unless very necessary, even phrases. It was designed that way for a reason.

I know it's possible, as I've seen another site with it like that (although I'm not sure if XenPorta was their portal), but I respect your wishes. :)

Brief: As mentioned in the previous thread where I brought this up, alerts only show the User Avatars and the time the posted, but neither where nor how. Luckily, it seems that this is limited to past alerts before the update, because my alerts seem to be running fine presently. Still, might be something to keep an eye on.

I love the update. It's KHV in the age of Mobile devices and it just looks so much nicer. The fact everything is easier to read than trying to force the eye to take in thin grey text on a different shade of grey background is pretty nice. The Golden-brown Hyperlinks are my personal favorite new part of the new look.

 

That probably has to do with the search index issues @Misty mentioned.

Not really an issue since it's by XenForo 1.2 design, but can the width be increased here?

Won't change. Line breaks are what happen when you put text inside a fixed square, I won't change width just to prevent them.

Can we lighten the text a bit under the Title column? It's a bit hard to see on pinned threads:

 

No visible indication thread is locked.


No style for locked (and presumably) deleted message within thread.

 

I've looked over the preferences pages multiple times and am not seeing a way to disable the "Back to Top" thing. Am I missing something here?

Also, is there a way to disable the mobile theme on...mobile? I really, really hate mobile themes for forum sites (aka KHV). I can't seem to find anything.​

Not currently. If enough people want it I'll add an alternate version (like having the alternate fixed width version), but if it's just you then... sorry.

 

There is no such thing as a 'desktop' version. Providing two alternate versions of a website (desktop and mobile) is an outdated way of doing things; responsive design allows you to have one design that responds to the browser window width. Therefore, anything you toggle on your phone won't change anything.

 

Not sure if this will make it as an accepted bug, but the timestamp text is also a bit hard to see when hovering over your alerts:



Edit: The left pagination arrow is borked.



Edit: The Help link, which contains the messed up BB Codes page, is under Home again. Also, there are two Recent Activity links -- one under Home and one under Members, which is XenForo's. Maybe remove the one under Home?
