Help Weird Downtime

If you guys could take note of what time (time zone included) when it happens that would be great help. Then I wouldn't have to sift through all the server logs, just the ones in a certain timespan.

 

I haven't experienced any downtime tonight myself, but for reference, I do have a time in my OP when I experienced it the last time.
