I know how it feels being unhappy with your body (confidence drops etc..) but just like you i did something about. I got together with my friends, we all joined a gym and i've never been happier.

 

It's 8een well over a week. Don't slack off on us here. What sort of supporters would we 8e if we didn't hold you to your word?

 

haha sorry, Work has been having be all over the place and I haven't been able to post.

I have only lost 3lbs...so...i guess what progress right?

Weight fluctuates alot over the course of the day but I am around 3lbs smaller...which isn't bad right?

 

I think that's pretty damn good. Even a little progress is progress.

I'm in the same boat as you, man. I started trying to lose weight last August, and it's taken me this long to lose 17 lbs. But I don't give up, and tbh, I feel the best I have in a while.

It's like my mom says;
YOU JUST GOTTA WANT IT BAD ENOUGH.






Now I sound like a fortune cookie.

 

So guys I thought I would let ya'll know that I joined Weight Watchers online...so hopefully this will help me go the extra mile
