I've noticed Sora's lips don't move the same time as the words. Do you think they should make that better in Kingdom Hearts 3?

You have to keep in mind that the game was in Japanese originally. ^^

Well, the game was made in Japan, so their mouths move to their Japanese scripts.

Well, they could have fixed it for the English version, but that would have delayed it AGAIN. But yeah, it would be nice if they were fixed.

Heck yeah! At first I thought they weren't moving at the right times because of the way it was translated from Japanese to English, but I noticed it was happening in the Japanese version too. XD

Watch the cutscenes for the Japanese version again. I've seen some mistake they made with that one too. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I think there's a mistake in Twilight Town: Day One when Hayner is talking. I think these people were just really lazy with the lip movements for all the versions. XD

Most of the time, I thought I was watching an old Godzilla film, where the words come AFTER the people are done talking. I think they should definatelly fix it.

    Good point.XD

I thought that it was because of the translation from Japanese too.But it seems that it also happens in the Japanese version sometimes

When you notice it, it's actually kinda' not that easy to focus on the game and not on their horribly out of tune lips.

Why's everybody making like it's a big deal? Yeah, it's a bit out of sync, but it's not "horrible."

One thing I noticed is that they weren't as careful with timing the subtitles in kh2 as they were in kh1. Like in Beast's Castle Second Visit when Xaldin says "What shall I leave behind?" The subtitles come about a second after he starts talking. This isn't a big deal either, just pointing it out.

Actually, in KH1, it looked like their mouth opened and closed without expression.....

    Agreed.

No, it's horrible! Subtitles were WAY worse in Kingdom Hearts, too!

sometimes they have to siginificantly change the script in order to do that

In KH the first game, I noticed a lot more failures of the words to mesh with the lip movements of the characters. KH2 did a better job with it, and I wasn't really bothered by it, though when I did catch the flaw sometimes, it could be a bit distracting. I mostly found it amusing as I've watched so many movies and anime etc that are either subbed or dubbed that it just is one of those things that just has to be pointed out.
